Aspetti positivi: Le camping est calme au vu du nombre d'emplacements

Aspetti positivi: Il est très bien situé. Près du village, de la plage. Il dispose de tous les services nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Supermarché, piscines, toilettes et barbecues à proximité, terrain de sport, magasins, etc.

Da migliorare: L'entretien et le nettoyage sont insuffisants. Toutes les toilettes sentaient l'urine toute la journée. Il en allait de même dans les escaliers menant aux toboggans, où la saleté s'accumulait sur les marches. Il y avait des chaussures, des chaussettes et des objets oubliés par d'autres personnes que le service d'entretien ne ramassait pas. Il y a un problème important d'fourmis.

Da migliorare: emplacement petit pour le prix, 780e pour un emplacement premium a quasi 800e les 5 nuits, 156e la nuit exactement. Oui un emplacement pour une personne avec une cabane en bois aussi petit que celui d en face le standard à moitié prix… emplacement tout en longueur donc grande promiscuité avec les voisins. Sinon vélo indispensable

Aspetti positivi: The camping resort itself was lovely. The facilities were all great and the beach is absolutely stunning.

Da migliorare: The accomodation, the classic caravans are not fir for purpose. The are too small to be usable and the one we stayed in was very dirty and old. The walls were dirty, the furniture had stains on it. The bedroom was so small you only have several.inches between the bed and the wall making it impossible to comfortable change in the room. The childrens bedroom had a bunkbed that wasn't attached to the wall so when my child went to climb up to the top bunk, it tipped over. Also the warbrode in that room is actually blocked by the bunkbed so is unusalble.

Aspetti positivi: It was a nice location.

Da migliorare: I wish there was a shuttle service to Vieux Boucau as taxi service was awful. It is a long walk to town and the bus stops are not easy to find. We had to pay for wi fi and it was expensive. Wish it was inclusive. I wish there was a long deeper pool for adults to swim.

Aspetti positivi: The premium chalet was spotlessly clean and a great base for our holiday.

Da migliorare: Our specific chalet backed onto a camping pitch - this did not help with the Premium positioning; a less respectable neighbour than the one we had would have been an issue.
