Aspetti positivi: L’ambiance générale, calme et sereine. Le respect des automobilistes à rouler au pas, pour la sécurité des enfants, des piétons et des vélos.

Da migliorare: L’éclairage la nuit. Peut être au sol? Bien que les enfants retrouvent leur chemin, c’est un peu plus stressant pour les parents

Aspetti positivi: This is a beautiful location, stunning beach, fabulous local town with a sandy lake beach. It is a large area so hiring bikes makes it easy to get around. Laundry is expensive. Local Spar shop is reasonable otherwise visit the local town via a short cut route opposite the main car park, about a 30 minute walk. Eating out in the town gives you more variety and better value.

Da migliorare: Things that could improve is help getting to your accommodation when you arrive. We had to drag cases through dusty roads in the dark with tired children to walk into dusty accommodation as cleaning essentials were either broken or missing. The toilet smelled so bad the whole holiday. And then help getting back to main reception at the end of the stay would have been amazing.

Aspetti positivi: Proximity to the beach. Great pool facilities and general camp cleanliness.

Aspetti positivi: Everything went wrong. From the check in. Mobile Home was dirty and the inventory was totally incomplete. We had multiple drainage problems with the sink, toilet and shower! The swimming pools were nothing like the pictures. The slides were short. I can go on and on ... This is not a 5 start camping. The beach was amazing!

Aspetti positivi: Nous avons bien aimé la diversité des piscines, la diversité des restaurants, l’Arena couvert. De pouvoir payer avec les chèques ANCV les activités et restaurants

Da migliorare: Le fait que tout soit regroupé à un seul endroit. Nous devions traverser à chaque fois tous le camping juste pour aller faire du ping pong, tennis, pétanque etc.. si cela avait été placé au milieu du camping, cela aurait été plus simple. L’accueil n’a pas su souvent nous renseigner sur les activités extérieures. Nous n’avons pas eu le droit d’accéder à l’espace extérieur de l’Arena car nous mangions une glace italienne et une barbe à papa et que le restaurant de l’Arena n’était pas d’accord car pas acheté chez eux. Le mauvais temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter du camping (piscine…)

Aspetti positivi: On adore ce camping, c'est pourquoi nous sommes revenu même pour une courte durée

Da migliorare: orientation du mobile home : très venteux sur la terrasse le soir et très peu de soleil sur cet emplacement

Aspetti positivi: We have stayed before and have enjoyed our previous stay. Unfortunately this year we were very disappointed, items of value stolen, when speaking with staff they laughed and showed no interest. Weed being offered to my 14 Yr. Old son by others clients, children. Staff had no interest in making our stay comfortable and happy, they were cross, bitter and seemed annoyed by having to deal with any issue.

Da migliorare: Staff need to have specific training in customer service, more interest in the safe culture of the campsite and it's residents.
