Aspetti positivi: Très agréable camping Pas besoin de sortir la voiture Nous reviendrons!!

Aspetti positivi: Déçu , personnel aux crêpes glaces etc..désagréable ! Le seul restaurant sur place est franchement pas foufou ,la plupart des serveurs sont pas agréables on vous met la pression pour vite manger car il y a beaucoup de clients qui attendent !

Aspetti positivi: Family with 2 kids, week one of a 2-site holiday.

Da migliorare: Reception needs significant improvement. We were left waiting in a line in the pouring rain for 1h20 just to check-in. When we got to the desk, I complained. There was no apology even though we were standing there totally soaked through. The lady on the desk said the Directors don’t even care. This set off my holiday badly and I can’t recover from such a bad welcome.

Aspetti positivi: Sind nun das 4 mal dort gewesen. Immer wieder schön. Werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Animation. Für jedes Alter vorhanden. Nicht weit vom Zentrum von Vieux Boucau. Ein super leckerer Hähnchenstand mit Kartoffeln Papa Poulet nur zu empfehlen,

Da migliorare: Die Animation war dieses Jahr nicht so gut wie in den Jahren zuvor. Hat um einiges abgebaut. Kein Colourrun, kein Bubblefussball, viel weniger Vollyball und Fussball, die Schaumparty war nicht wie im letzten Jahr. Das Surfcontest war auch viel schlechter. Preise waren sehr gering. Im letzten Jahr gab es eine. GUTSCHEIN für 5 Tage unter der Woche zu gewinnen. Dieses Jahr nur ein Getränk oder ein Snack. Kein Bingo Abend. Wir und auch die Kids waren etwas enttäuscht zu Animationprogram vom letzten Jahr.

Aspetti positivi: Le parc aquatique. La proximité avec la plage. Les animations et l'arèna. La proximité à tous commerces

Da migliorare: Fermeture des douche à minuit est beaucoup trop tôt surtout après avoir danser à larena. Étant tout transpirant, ce n'est vmt pas appréciable d'aller au lit dans cet état. Pour un camping 5 étoiles, il serait appréciable d'avoir accès aux douche jusqu'à 2 ou 3h minimum. Présence d'un vigile.

Aspetti positivi: La proximité de la plage

Da migliorare: Le bruit infernal la nuit, jusqu'à 3 heures du matin "arena" musique et hurlements. L'eau froide au douches. Le passage d'un camion de nettoyage le matin à 8h00 extrêmement bruyant.

Aspetti positivi: Nous avons adoré toutes les animations et activités proposées. Nos garçons se sont amusés aussi bien à la piscine qu'aux terrains de foot, basket, etc..

Aspetti positivi: Huge campsite but set within the forest it feels very peaceful. Large pitches, and the site is split into different zones each with a shower and toilet block so there was never a queue (in late August). Waterpark was amazing, such good fun. Short walk over the dune to the beach. We enjoyed the entertainment and our daughter loved the kids club.

Da migliorare: Would be great to see soap in the toilets/handwash basins, and water could be a lot warmer for washing up.
