Aspetti positivi: 2eme années consécutives dans ce camping ! Très content de notre séjour !! Piscines au top ! Spectacle magnifique. Je recommande

Aspetti positivi: Très bon séjour de 2 semaines dans ce beau et grand camping entre pins et plage de dunes ! Nous avions un mobile home dans le quartier Premium et rien à redire, espace, calme, propre, bien entretenu, accès direct aux dunes, mobile home très bien conçu pour une famille de 5 personnes avec un bel espace terrasse et tout autour avec un coin lounge avec banquette et table ! Espace aquatique sympa pour les enfants !

Da migliorare: Pas de connexion Wifi ( compliqué avec des ados) Accès plage très arpenté, à préciser pour une personne d’un certain âge et pas habituée à la marche en côte sous le soleil….

Aspetti positivi: Espace aquatique, accès direct plage, ambiance familiale, location de vélos sur le camping, proximité du village de Vieux Boucau.

Aspetti positivi: Well maintained campsite, even though it is huge. Our kids got a bit bored of the swimming pool but thankfully there are other things to do in the area (having a car definitely helps).

Da migliorare: The on-site shop is very expensive. It’s a bit of a trek to the beach. The kids camp is useless. We’ve a 9 year old son who loves to play football, but the organised football tournament is for age 13+ (bad form there is nothing for his age). Apart from the foam party (Thursday night), the evening entertainment is pretty poor. On-site restaurants aren’t great.

Da migliorare: The WiFi was very weak

Aspetti positivi: Stayed on pitch P36 at Le Vieux Port campsite for just over 3 weeks. Service wasn’t great. Our jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned. We complained on 4 seperate occasions for someone to come clean it. WiFi wasn’t working…said the technician would come out..never happened and we went to reception 3 time for this. We also emailed Resasol several times…no response to this day. We can attach files showing how green the jacuzzi was. We have been to Le Vieux Port over 10 times and this was the worst year in terms of service from Resasol

Da migliorare: New staff are not responsive, not helpful and did not resolve any of our issues. We complained several times about our Jacuzzi, WiFi and the fact that no one was helpful

Aspetti positivi: Mobil home en excelente estado, piscina y servicios

Da migliorare: No había sábanas ni toallas para alquilar y no sabíamos que había que reservar antes o al llegar ya no quedaria nada. En temporada alta deberían tener stock de sobra para poder ofrecer en un camping 5*

Aspetti positivi: We hebben een super fijn verblijf gehad. Het was super maar kan nog beter. We hadden een top kampeerplaats. En wat een leuk mega zwemparadijs. De golven van de zee waren ook top. We hadden een prima kampeerplek.

Da migliorare: Sanitaire voorzieningen kunnen echt beter. Er werd goed schoongemaakt. Maar we hebben regelmatig koud water gehad. Wc zagen er vaak vies uit. Sanitair is echt verouderd. Als tip. Toch het treintje naar zee en onze Water punt bij de kampeerplaats deed het niet. Verder vind ik de prijs voor een standaard kampeerplaats wel erg hoog.
