Aspetti positivi: Staff were polite, friendly and quick to respond to any requests. The apartment is situated up above the main campsite with a short walk to the amenities. We had to book the pool on the first cpl days we were there and then if became out of season. The shop has everything you need. We didnt eat at the restaurant but heard good things. Location wise it’s a super base. We used the bus (free with the pass) with plenty adventure from our doorstep and also the lake was a big winner for the kids on our quieter days. The pizza oven was a big hit for the night we arrived too.

Da migliorare: The opening times and reservation system for the pool. This is perhaps a welltought solution, but for the children this was a minus.

Aspetti positivi: The campsite itself is absolutely beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. The grounds are spotless, the facilities are clean, and it is clear that a lot of care and effort goes into keeping everything in excellent condition. It is a lovely place to stay and enjoy nature in a peaceful environment.

Da migliorare: Unfortunately, the reception felt cold and impersonal, more like checking into a hotel than arriving at a welcoming campsite. Camping should feel warm and friendly, but that was missing. We also found the pool policy difficult to understand. Guests are limited to just one 45-minute session in the afternoon. When temperatures are well above 30°C, this restriction is frustrating, as the pool is one of the few places to cool down and relax during the hottest part of the day.

Aspetti positivi: Very nice camping, perfectly maintained, perfect bathing building. At a very good location to explore the area.

Da migliorare: Just very little green (grass) to play on for the kids, at the pitch itself as well as at the playground, where there are just wood chips. Also, it would be a lot better if cars would be mandatory to park at a separate car park, now all pitches and streets on the campsite are crowded with cars, which also drive back and forth the entire day.

Aspetti positivi: Nice view on the mountains, free public transport. New kids playground looks fantastic!

Da migliorare: I understand that it is needed to reserve a spot at the swimming pool but often there were not 40 people in the swimming pool. Hope there is a better solution in the future.

Aspetti positivi: Die perfekte Infrastruktur und vielen Erlebnis- und Wandermöglichkeiten; da reichte unsere Woche Urlaub bei weitem nicht aus...

Aspetti positivi: Die Sanitärbereiche waren sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und haben bei Anliegen weiter geholfen.Ausreichend Informationsmaterial lag aus um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Der Salzwasserpool hat uns die Möglichkeit gegeben sich auch an sehr warmen Tagen abzukühlen. Ein kleiner Laden, wo man Sachen des täglichen Bedarfs erwerben kann, hat den Urlaub abgerundet. Das Beste ist das Panorama, was man jeden Tag nach dem Aufstehen bekommt.

Da migliorare: Der Pizzaofen war preislich nicht angemessen. Die Qualität für diese Dienstleistung stand nicht im Verhältnis. Die Pizza war teilweise verbrannt und nicht knusprig. Ein Grund diese nicht erneut zu kaufen. Leider ist der Spielplatz zu weit entfernt um den Kinder täglich die Möglichkeit allein dort zu spielen.
