More frequent cleaning of the shower block. Lock the disabled toilets if you've guests who won't respect it. You can give the key to those who need it. Get rid of is those PIR triggered taps in the wash up area. They waste hot water and are infuriating for the end user. Safety railings near steep drops such as behind pitch 37. Longer opening hours at reception.
