Da migliorare: We knew we were arriving late - we had pin for entry and pitch no but knew there could be a problem from past experience. We tried to phone you to confirm but you never responded. When we arrived someone else had taken our pitch. He was rude and abusive. We had to tour the site in the dark to find an alternative- the site was full so it was difficult. You need to protect reserved pitches and answer the phone.

Aspetti positivi: Showers were good, location good for Tours. Buses very busy but still can walk in but takes 1 hour, vet around the corner for AHC wormer etc.

Da migliorare: Toilets and showers were not particularly clean. Several cabins full of constantly shouting, screeching teenagers on a school or sports trip made for a not relaxing afternoon, evening or morning!

Aspetti positivi: A lovely site right on the river and with brilliant amenities, including a really nice cafe serving hot food in the evening. We will definitely be coming back.

Da migliorare: Tried to look at booking for next year but the site just says 'dates unavailable' for every date, so it'd be good to have more information, also on the cost of the lodges and small houses.
