Aspetti positivi: Everything about the park is great, clean, big pitches and the lake is just fabulous

Da migliorare: Reducing the noise....2am is not acceptable for the bar area still being in use...no idea if drinks were being served but large groups congrated until the early hours and we're very noisy

Aspetti positivi: Enormous spacous pitch, minimal car traffic as each avenue had only 6 pitches. Sanitory block was modern, well maintaned, cleaned regularly and never too busy. The pools were clean and offered a welcome break from the heat of the sun. We used the lake for swimming and paddleboarding most days. Enjoyed the tree rope course, best we've been on. All amenities on site were free of charge (rental deposit for equipment). Thank you for the free cold water available at the bar, nice touch and much appreciated in the hot sun. Offsite, highly recomend Zooparc de Beauval.

Da migliorare: Move mini disco to a shady place.

Aspetti positivi: Everything was amazing. The pool was the best. The pitch we had was excellent, very shaded so stayed quite cool. lots of activities to do around the pool. Entertainment was very good. Shop was well stocked. The lake and aqua park was very good.

Da migliorare: The locks in the shower rooms could do with checking as one of my children got locked in it. Apparently, this had happened on other occasions too.

Aspetti positivi: Réactivité à la réception pour le frigo qui ne marchait pas Très jolie piscine extérieure Animations du soir très bien (miss drey, hypnotiseur)

Da migliorare: Grosses ronces sur l'emplacement Cabanon avec des crottes de rongeurs (signalé à la réception). Peut être mettre des répulsifs à rongeur car ils nous gênaient la nuit. Un babybel écrasé sur le rebord de la piscine tout le long du séjour Piscine extérieure trop froide Vendre des bouchons d oreille à la supérette pour le bruit la nuit.

Aspetti positivi: Lots to do for families (most at extra cost), toilet and showers block was immaculate and clean (hot showers!)

Da migliorare: Reduce the level of noisy coming from the evening entertainment. A better sound proofed stage would help. Also tell guests on arrival about proximity to main area and how loud it will be every night. You can't talk outside or hear radio over the entertainment. Rubbish and recycling nowhere near the pitches. Saw people driving cars to the bin area. Site information on arrival said there was food waste but this wasn't true.

Aspetti positivi: Prima verblijf, mooie kleinschalige camping. Nette Sta-caravan, wij hadden de comfort met airco, zeer welkom. Mooi en leuk overzichtelijk zwembad. Prima avond entertainment, wel Frans.

Da migliorare: Geen welkomstpakket, zoals een klein flesje vaatwasmiddel, vaatdoekje en vuilniszakje. Dat vonden wij wel jammer. Restaurant op camping (externe uitbater) was heel erg slecht, vaak geen plek, of eigenlijk te weinig staf. Eten van zeer middelmatige/slechte kwaliteit.

Aspetti positivi: Überwiegend sehr freundliches Personal. Tolle und zahlreiche activities, ohne das Gefühl zu haben, einer durchgehenden Beschallung ausgesetzt zu sein. Sanitäre Einrichtungen super sauber!

Da migliorare: Leider gab es im Schwimmbad keine Möglichkeiten auf Toilette zu gehen bzw. seine Wertsachen wegzuschließen. Stattdessen muss man die 5 Gehminuten entfernten sanitären Einrichtungen nutzen. Das Einchecken war etwas mühsam, da wir bereits 2,5 Std. vorher da waren und uns vor Ort in Aussicht gestellt wurden, dass die Unterkunft früher bezugsbereit wäre. Tatsächlich wurde die Unterkunft keine Minute früher, als der offizielle Check ln Zeitpunkt zur Verfügung gestellt. Von der Kommunikation her für uns etwas unglücklich gelaufen.
