Aspetti positivi: We paid extra for a grand comfort plot but unfortunately we discovered the toilets nearest to us were not open so we had a longer walk to the facilities and the lights in our area were not switched on so at night time our walk to the facilities started and ended in darkness. This was not safe and we felt that although we paid more for our plot, we actually received less.

Da migliorare: Either keep all facilities open all year or don't put people in plots where there are not adequate facilities

Aspetti positivi: Nous sommes déjà venu il y a deux ans en toile de tente.Nous avons été ravi de notre séjour. Cette année nous avons louer un mobile home et nous avons été très satisfait et par la location et par les prestations du camping notamment la piscine et le restaurant du camping. Et la proximité de la plage et de l'Espagne. En plus nous avons eu très beau temps. Nous renouvellerons nos vacances chez vous l'année prochaine. Merci aussi personnes du camping pour leurs gentillesse et leurs professionnalisme.

Aspetti positivi: Pretty well maintained site, lots of trees, shrubs, flowers. Decent clean toilet etc etc block. Very very nice swimming pool area. Good bar/restaurant. Good location, walkable to a beach & Bidart. Bus route should you need. Easy to explore area For us, an excellent stay.

Aspetti positivi: very friendly welcome and the instructions for the site were very clearly and efficiently explained in English as we have little French. Each pitch has a hard standing for your caravan/motorhome which with the rain we have had this year is very good. The sanitaires are beautiful very clean and spacious. there was a problem during our stay that meant there was no hot water until about 0900 but we are satisfied this is being dealt with. The bar/restaurant is very good offering good food, well cooked and prepared and drinks including cocktails.

Da migliorare: the only improvement at the time of our stay would be the water temperature but this is being addressed
