Aspetti positivi: This is my 5th time staying here. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. It hard to imagine one is staying in a chateau built in the 1400s. The Ausem's family makes you feel like you are at home and the restaurant has an incredible menu with an emphasis on the Perigord.

Aspetti positivi: Séjour mitigé, les piscines sont bien et le toboggan est un vrai plus.

Da migliorare: La gestion des déchets : beaucoup de micro déchets au sol, les poubelles débordent et nous avons découvert une décharge sauvage en nous baladant dans l'espace boisé du camping.

Aspetti positivi: De camping, de service, de omgeving en dan met name voor de honden.

Da migliorare: De info over de Camping was oed en voldoende maar het gebruikshandleiding voor de mobile home is niet besproken. Ook was er geen inventarislijst bij ontvangst. Er waren enkele kleine mankementen aan de mobile home; deze gelijk gemeld bij de receptie maar hier is verder geen reactie op gekomen.

Aspetti positivi: Se que nous avons aimé, L'accès facile, l'accueil, la bouteille de vin dans la chambre, la gentillesse de la direction. Moins aimé le resto.

Aspetti positivi: The campsite is beautifully situated. Nice fishing lakes. We had an empty battery on the day of departure, the staff helped us very well

Da migliorare: the facilities are in need of maintenance. The restrooms, swimming pool, soccer field, table tennis tables, etc., are either due for replacement or a thorough overhaul. The shower was cold half the time, and the same story with washing dishes. Nevertheless, we had a great holiday. the animation team was more concerned with themselves than with the children.

Aspetti positivi: Le camping est situé dans un endroit calme et le cadre est magnifique. Le personnel est accueillant.

Da migliorare: Notre chalet était un peu vieillot même si la décoration était charmante. Parasol HS, chaise longue HS.

Aspetti positivi: Mooie omgeving en een rustige camping. Aardig personeel.

Da migliorare: Beter onderhoud aan het terrein. Binnen zwembad vaker luchten. Buitenzwembad vaker robot laten reinigen. Lag elke dag veel zand ed op de bodem. Temperatuur van buitenbad was frisjes geen 28 graden.
