Da migliorare: Aucun accueil physique à notre arrivée ni à notre départ Il manquait une couette et un oreiller, nous attendons toujours une réponse après 3 jours impossible de mentionner que les deux WC fuyaient +++

Da migliorare: Le camping manque d'entretien, les sanitaires fait une fois par semaine c'est impossible, le manque de management se voit clairement, La piscine était verte ! Même la dalle n'était pas decoffrée , le minigolf était un vaste chantier avec une bétonnière en plein milieu ce qui l'a rendu inutilisable, le cour de pétanque est totalement abandonné obligé de jouer sur les allées , le snack n'est jamais ouvert , les machines était à moitié en carafe et marchait jamais , l'accueil était tout le temps fermé (on est laissé pour compte ) , plus assez de place pour décrire les problèmes....

Da migliorare: Als ik extra betaald heb voor het annuleren/wijzigen van mijn verblijf, zou het netjes zijn dat dat ook kon. Na de boekingsbevestiging meteen gemaild dat ik per ongeluk de verkeerde camping had geboekt voor vier nachten. Na contact met de klantenservice bleek dit geen geldige verklaring voor mijn annulering en kreeg ik geen geld terug. Groet, Johannes Douna

Aspetti positivi: We stopped over for two nights with the family. The site looks pretty in the trees with the tents.

Da migliorare: However, there were no forks or a kettle in our tent. The toilet facilities were dirty and never cleaned whilst we were there. The bar, cycle hire and reception was rarely open and it was difficult to find or contact support. The lake opposite was nice but had a bacterial disease so no one was able to swim in it. There was a little pool on the campsite which was perfect for cooling off but the young adults who were looking after the site didn’t open the pool until 2pm and it was 35 degrees which was tricky for our children to cope in heat. Unfortunately the staff were rude.

Aspetti positivi: Calm camping with friendly and helpful staff, all what you need for a short stay, nice swimming pool, entertainment for kids, lovely animals

Aspetti positivi: The office closed early for the 4-7pm check-in, no bedding as per our order and front door of tent was broken. 2 x Loos broken and generally was not clean wash facilities. Spent the night freezing under towels with the front door open. Terrible visit especially with 2 young kids after driving 500 miles. Ordered pizza and they even manager to burn that!!!
