Aspetti positivi: The bungalow, location and view were amazing.

Da migliorare: The woman at the reception was very rude. I booked, paid and checked in for 3. The facilities in the bungalow were only for 2. When I requested the towels and such for the 3rd person, our little daughter, the receptionist replied that they didn’t put it because I only booked for 2. Even when I showed her my booking details for 3 people she didn’t apologise.
