A. Baalse Hei n.v., Roodhuisstraat 10, 2300 Turnhout, letter,
B. Addressee, tenant,

1. Party B rents from party A, a tourist lot or holiday accommodation (caravan, tent or hiker's cabin) in holiday park Baalse Hei.

2. The holiday accommodation should exclusively be used as second residence. Arrival between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., departure before 10 a.m. Users of tourist lots can stay untill 12 a.m.

Items 3 to 6 apply only to holiday accommodations

3. Pets are not allowed in the holiday accommodation.

4. An inventory list can be found in a kitchen cupboard of the caravan/tent. Any deficiency or failing should be reported at the information office within 24 hours after commencement of the rental period. After this verification, the tenant will be held responsible for any defect or loss of property.

5. The tenant commits himself to returning the rented property at the end of the rental period, clean and in its original state (as indicated in the inventory list). If the tenant fails to do so, the management reserves the right to make a minimum cleaning charge of € 45.

6. On arrival, the tenant will receive a barrier key and in case of a caravan one set of keys to the entrance doors. Both are to be returned on departure. The tenant makes a deposit of € 40 for the barrier key and € 125 for fulfilment of obligations, to Baalse Hei. This deposit will be returned in full within 14 days after departure, or less any costs incurred to return the property to its original state. Please let us know your
IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and BIC (Bank Identifier Code).

7. The tenant is aware that he is subject to the regulations of Baalse Hei.

8. Cancellation costs as % of the total cost: 2 months and less prior to arrival 50%; 1 month and less prior to arrival 75%; 14 days prior to arrival 90%; less then 14 days prior to arrival 100%. The advance remains payable at all times.

9. Cancellation insurance: on signing this agreement, the tenant can take out a cancellation insurance with insurance office Meeús, Plantin en Moretuslei 285, 2140 Borgerhout. The cancellation conditions of “Ethias” prevail. Information and conditions are available for inspection at the information office. On signing the contract, the tenant must give the name, surname and date of birth of all those to be insured. Without these specifications, the insurance company will not compensate the annulation.

The tenancy agreement will be binding on receipt of the 50% advance, whether inclusive the premium for a cancellation insurance or not. Should the tenant not have paid the final sum within 14 days after the date mentioned overleaf, Baalse Hei will regard the booking as cancelled. In that case, please let us know you changed your plans.
