We have had a very good first experience with the Marcel. Extensive explanation in advance and everything as we expected during and afterwards. Recommended!

Very nice camper.. compact and yet everything is there. Looking to rent again but already fully booked for June 2024.

We went away for a short week with Marcel and enjoyed it immensely. Marcel is super well equipped, ranging from plates and cutlery to two gas bottles. There is also a table and chairs. The bike rack is a huge added value (given the rather large dimensions of Marcel) to easily cycle into the city centre when parking on the edge of the city. The rack can be detached and placed along the side, so that it is not a nuisance to take things out of the back of the camper. All windows can be darkened and are equipped with mosquito screens. The bed is large enough and comfortable for two people. The sanitary cell with shower and toilet works perfectly, we got through 6 days with the 100L water tank. There is also a large battery (which charges with solar panels and/or while driving), so you can also go 'off-grid' for a few days. Marcel's owners, Pieter and Sofie, are very friendly people, who are flexible, accessible and correct when making appointments. If you are looking for an ideal van, stop looking, just book Marcel!

We went to the Vosges for a week with Marcel and we really enjoyed it. The communication beforehand went very smoothly, and at the handover we also received a thorough explanation from Pieter so that we could leave with peace of mind. The car drives very pleasantly and it is nice to have everything at hand. Through the app park4night we always found idyllic spots in the middle of nature. The weather was nice so we could use the outdoor shower every day, wonderful! Everything is also available in terms of cooking utensils and the outdoor chairs are perfect. We took our bikes with us, the bike rack is very easy to use and you can easily detach it from the rear doors so that you can quickly get into the garage. In short, a very positive experience. We can only recommend Marcel and are definitely planning to go out with him again (if we have not bought a van ourselves in the meantime).
