El trato con Susana ha sido de diez. La furgoneta muy cómoda, consume muy poco, es fácil de conducir y tiene las medidas perfectas, sobre todo a la hora de entrar en determinados sitios los cuales son más escuetos. Tiene todo el material esencial para el viaje.

Die Übergabe des Wohnmobil war sehr unkompliziert und nett. Das Fahrzeug hat Platz für 1-2 Personen und ist in einem gutem technischen Zustand. Es hat genug Power für das Gebirge. Durch die kompakte Größe, ist die Parkplatzsuche kein Problem. Ich hatte ein paar schöne Tage auf der Insel.

Muy bien, la propietaria muy amable, la autocaravana un poco viejita pero perfecta para lo que necesitábamos, respondió estupendamente en carretera, lo único malo lo de la ducha que tenía poca presión un poco lio pero teniendo en cuenta que no hacía nada de frio no estuvo mal, nos devolvieron la fianza en el momento, todo genial muchas gracias, lo recomiendo

Mit dem Camper bin ich perfekt durch Gran Canaria gekommen und hatte eine gute Zeit. Obwohl ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, fährt sich der Camper außerordentlich gut und handlich. Das es kein warmes Wasser zum duschen gibt, daran musste ich mich allerdings erst gewöhnen.

The first thing to say is that we had a good holiday, the idea of visiting Gran Canaria using a Campervan worked well. But this particular van has numerous faults which spoilt our enjoyment somewhat: the gas rings hardly worked, the tap in the sink was broken and the lid missing, the fridge door was not secure, some of the blinds are torn, the bedding was thin (in the mountains it would have been nice if a blanket had been provided), the mats on the floor were filthy. And the outside of the van has many dents and scratches. We would say that this van needs a full overhaul and deep clean before it should be let out again - it was far from what we expected from the description. The attitude of the owner seems to be to perform as little maintenance as possible and leave repairs and purchases to the client, for example when advised that the gas bottle was low and there was no sink plug we were told to buy these things ourselves and be reimbursed. Even things pointed out in previous reviews had not been fixed. If the obvious faults have not been addressed, can we be sure that the vehicle is mechanically sound? The handover and collection are not made by the owner, the person (although pleasant) was not thorough and knows very little about the features of the van - the video provided by the owner was inadequate. Lastly we felt cheated when being asked for an additional 60 euros for agreed handovers at the airport. ****Owner's Response**** I’m glad to hear that you had a good time in Gran Canaria, and that exploring the island with a van worked well. The explanatory video for the use of the van has been considered as quite useful by many many users. Any additional questions and information had an immediate answer. The van is always cleaned before the handovers. The Canary Islands are known for being the “eternal spring”. It is the first time that someone has mentioned that they were cold. This could have been easily solved if something was mentioned. When it was mentioned that the Gad bottle was low, or about the plug.
