We really enjoyed our stay in this campervan. It is older and does need TLC, but this is stated in the ad. The beds were comfortable and it was very spacious. We had issues with not having hot water, but this didn’t affect our stay as we used the campsite showers instead. The owners were very helpful & replied to our queries promptly. We’d definitely rent it again. Settembre 2021

The rating I want to give is zero, however it will not accept a no star as this vehilce does not wwarrant a rating. This is a list of things that happened and the advertisers were made aware of and did nothing: 1. The rental from the 2nd Aug to 6th Aug cost a total of £782.26. 2. We were meant to collect the vehicle at 10am the advertiser were not available on their phone. 3. The Vehicle was not ready for collection. 4. The Vehicle was shabby (Clapped out) in presentation. 5. A piece of form approximately 2.5 inches thick was laid over the matress on the main bed for comfort, however this was old and brown due to ageing.(Not very Hygienic) 6. The Gear Stick came out of socket (Safety concern. Adevertiser stated that not happened before it works for me) 7.Gear stick knob continually came off whilst driving (Safety Concern) 8. Handbreak did not work when on hills (Safety Concern). 9. Reversing Camera didn't work. 10 The Horn worked intimintantly (Safety Concern) 11. Interior mesh door broken, therefore flys continually in the vehicle. 12.Wires hanging out of the bottom of the dashboard. 13.DVD Player Catch broken (Adevertiser made aware and witnessed the catch). 14. Blinds popped out of fixings 15. There was no manual for general operation of the gas, fresh and waste water, toilet waste etc. 16. Had to conserve gas as no gas supplied. (Even though was told vehicle was ready for previous rental who had cancelled) 17. There was very little fuel in the vehicle therefore, had to conserve fuel until petrol station found (Adevertiser said you'll be fine for an hour) 18.The interior light intimitantally flickered due to door seals on drivers side faulty. It is truly believed that if this vehicle were to be inspected by a reputable mechanic it would not meet the standard required of a rental organisation.Also it is my opinion that this vehicle has the potential to cause a serious accident should the issues highlighted not be addressed. The advertiser himself admitted that the vehilce was dated and needed some TLC. It is also believed that the price should reflect the condition of the vehicle as the pictures supplied for this vehicle are very misleading. It is my opinion that this vehilce should NOT be advertised for rent and should be removed from any Motorhome rental site before serious injury occurs Agosto 2021
