Only agreed and insured drivers may drive the campervan. Please drive carefully, allow extra space for height, width and braking, and avoid low barriers, narrow lanes and overhanging trees.
The van must not be taken off-road, onto beaches, through deep water or unsuitable tracks. Please use proper roads, campsites, car parks and well-maintained access routes only.
The pop-top roof must be fully closed and secured before driving. Please close it in strong winds, heavy rain, storms or when leaving the van unattended.
No smoking or vaping inside the campervan.
Please keep the interior clean and treat the fittings gently. Do not stand on the seats, worktops, table or bed boards. Muddy shoes, sand and wet items should be kept outside or cleaned before entering where possible.
Cooking is welcome, but please keep the kitchen area clean and ventilated. Never leave the hob or cooking equipment unattended. Empty and clean the fridge before return.
Dogs are allowed only by prior agreement. Please use protective covers, clean up all hair, paw prints and mess, and never leave pets unattended in the van.
Please lock the campervan whenever it is unattended and keep the keys safe. Do not leave valuables on display.
Overnight stays should be at campsites, approved stopovers or permitted locations only. Please respect quiet hours, neighbours, local communities and leave no rubbish behind.
The campervan must be returned at the agreed time, with fuel at the same level as collection, unless otherwise agreed.
Before return, please remove all belongings, food and rubbish, wipe surfaces, sweep the floor, empty the fridge and put equipment back where you found it.
Please report any damage, breakages, warning lights, lost items or issues straight away. Guests are responsible for damage caused during the hire period.
