Bertie was an amazing Camper for our trip to Glastonbury and we all loved the fancy features. Paul was incredibly helpful, particularly as this was a very last minute booking, so we were very grateful for the flexibility and advice. The whole process was very smooth and we could not have asked for a better experience. We very much look forward to using Bertie again in the future! Luglio 2025

Having rented many campers over the years this was the first time using Goboony. The whole process was seamless including insurance etc. Paul, the owner of Bertie the camper was fantastic from start to finish. Very responsive to my many questions along the way, very accommodating on pick up and drop off times of the van, leaving my car during the holiday on his drive and the items he includes as part of the rental. Would definitely recommend both Paul and Bertie as we had a fantastic trip down to the new forest. Settembre 2024

Paul is the perfect host and we just loved staying in Bertie! We picked Paul/ Bertie because of already great reviews and it was exactly that. Amazing communication and handover throughout - including being super flexible when we had to change things from our end quite last minute. Paul was always so helpful and friendly and really went above and beyond with every interaction we had with him both before and during our trip. We spent 3 nights in Dorset in Bertie with our 6 month old baby and dog and Bertie was the perfect adventure for it made so much easier by everything Paul kindly lent us too for the van (chairs, cutlery, charging points etc.). We are already planning our next trip in Bertie and encourage anyone thinking of giving campervan life a go to go for it with Bertie and Paul, couldn’t have been easier or more fun! Settembre 2024

We chose Bertie as our first campervan experience and are very glad we did, had a great time. The van is a 'proper' VW California with all the fixtures, also easy to drive with the auto box. Paul is a great host and made the whole experience simple and stress free, especially the handover and documents and also lent us a full cooking set up. Would definitely recommend Paul and Bertie for anyone looking for a van adventure! Agosto 2024

What a great van for a great adventure. If you’re thinking of hiring a van, then Bertie the beach is the one. No kitchen, but more sleeping room downstairs, and breakfast cooked under the awning is the way to go! We travelled the length of the UK to climb Ben Nevis, and Bertie was a true delight, with good fuel economy, cruise control, and reverse parking cameras. when we’d gone far enough for the day, a couple of clips released and bedtime! Paul was a great guy to hire from, and was one hand / WhatsApp if there were any questions. Agosto 2024

This was my first camper hire experience and Paul was an outstanding host. He made my son and I very comfortable with the van Bertie for a local festival trip. When we arrived on site everything was easy to use and straight forward to set up and Bertie was comfortable and quite fancy amongst the festival vans! We loved Bertie for the two levels of bed, the boot was roomy and the awning like a little extension! Three of us stayed in the van - the magnetic curtains, lights & phone charger were really nice touches! We will be 100% renting Bertie again! Thank you Paul.. a fantastic, communicative and flexible host! We really appreciated you allowing us to rent and take Bertie on our UK family festival! Giugno 2024

We were new to camper vans and rented from Paul. He could not have been more helpful. Very responsive to my queries before we picked up the van. During the handover all the features and how to use were clearly explained. Driving the van was very comfortable and we were able to eat up the miles. The navigation hooks up to Apple play so music and navigation were easy. I would recommend Bertie to anyone Settembre 2023
