The campervan was wonderful - everything beautifully tidily organised - and Melanie and Tim were so helpful and accommodating. They lent us other camping equipment - a great quirky awning in particular that was admired by many others at the festival. We appreciated that the bed created by the unfolded seats was wider than others we saw. All in all out first campervan experience was a great one. Thank you so much! Agosto 2022

I can only highly recommend to book this van for Cornwall area. Why this van and not any other van? Look I am a quit experienced driver but the streets are just unbelievable super tight. It is impossible NOT to touch bushes around you. So you will make scratches. Since this van has already some, Mel is super relaxed and won’t blame you. I was more than happy that this van is not bran new. She and her husband are super relaxed and made sure I had a great time. They were always reachable, super nice and they even brought me to the bus station to the airport. The van has everything included what you need for camping. Highly recommended!!! Agosto 2022

We had a great weekend as a family of 4 using Mel's camper - our first experience in a campervan. It was spotless when we picked it up and had everything we needed. Highly recommend! Agosto 2022

Unfortunately not a great experience - my daughter turned the light switch on in the back and it started smoking causing me to have to stop on the hard shoulder of a busy motor way (it had melted). Then when I returned the van a dispute about who should pay for the faulty electrics as owners felt they had be used ‘excessively’ causing them to fail (and apparently this is what the garage said) I felt we had used the van in a reasonable way without expecting the switch to melt (she perhaps switched it on and off a couple of times). They also asked if I caused a bump on the back but thankfully I’d taken photos to prove it was already there. Anyway perhaps this was just a misunderstanding - I’m sure they feel I was a fault for the electrics which I can understand. They seem like lovely people. I’d recommend taking photos and filling out all the paperwork. Luglio 2022

We had an absolutely brilliant experience with Meal’s van. Very clean, spacious and practical, it made our trip wonderful. The kids loved it and we struggled to get them out of it! Mel also kindly provided a lot of equipment to make the experience even easier for us! We hope we can have the van soon for another trip! Thanks so much for everything Mel! Giugno 2022
