We had a fantastic experience for our first ever campervan trip. John has a great set up; he has really thought about all the equipment required so all you need to bring is bedding, clothes and a bottle of wine! John is very thorough about showing you how everything works and there is written info too. He's available by phone too if you need him. We absolutely loved our 10 days in Bert, he was such fun to drive. We travelled around Shetland so were using one track roads and on and off ferries, and it was no problem at all. I would highly recommend; we will be back! :) Luglio 2023

It was a great pleasure to travel with John's van, the perfect way to discover Scotland! John was very nice and gave us some good advices, he was also very accomodating for pick-up and drop off. We would not hesitate to rent again with John for our next trip to Scotland. Maggio 2023

We hired Bert for a golfing tour around the east coast of Scotland. He was reliable in every way. Fully equipped, meaning packing for our trip was really easy. Even has basic condiments and tin foil etc! We loved the pop up roof for added space and it’s a really handy size for parking. Another bonus is that it’s dug friendly! Even with poo bags supplied John was a fabulous host. Highly communicative and full of good humour and banter when we met him. Definitely a like-minded camper. Thanks John - would fully recommend. Our time with Bert was amazing from start to finish! John was very kind and patient explaining everything about the van to us when we picked it up. He gave us plenty of time to look it over and unpack before we set off. The van itself is great, an easy drive with everything you need and not nearly as fuel hungry as we expected which was a pleasant surprise. We were lucky with the weather but there was plenty of room for two adults and an active toddler inside on the one night of rain we had! Wouldn't hesitate to hire from John again :) Luglio 2022

We had a great time with Bert and would definitely book again! Everything was so straight forward with booking and John couldn't be more helpful and accomodating with pick up and drop off times, he even brought some water for our dog on drop off 😊 everything you need is in the van which is also really easy to drive.
