Great communications and easy to collect. I contacted Sophie a few times and she always responded within a few hours. On collection everything was explained and was quick and easy. Everything in the VAN was working and in good condition and plenty of facilities such as pans, small built in gas hob and sink. Has electric hook up to enable you to use all the plugs and lights. Without hook up you only get the fridge I believe.
