De overdracht met Trevor was heel goed. Alles werd heel precies uitgelegd. We hebben een rondreis gemaakt door Schotland We hebben ervan genoten om in de camper te verblijven. Deze was van alle gemakken voorzien en het was heel fijn dat de camper zelf heel compact was met een vast bed en luifel en fietsendrager. Rijgedrag was prima. Al met al hebben we heel prettig gereisd met de camper en de goede ondersteuning van Trevor Agosto 2024

Trevor haalde ons op bij de ferry, daarom kon onze auto in IJmuiden achterblijven. De camper heeft alle comfort voor twee volwassenen. Heel complete inventaris en bijvoorbeeld ook wegenkaarten van Schotland. De camper was heel netjes en reed prima. Wij hebben twee weken rondgereisd en wild gekampeerd. Je hebt altijd alles bij de hand. We hebben onze dagen optimaal kunnen gebruiken, omdat we de camper hadden en niet naar een hotel of pension hoefden te zoeken. Ideaal voor ons als wandelliefhebbers. Bij de grote steden hebben we gebruik gemaakt van Park & Ride. Wildkamperen is toegestaan. Leuke plekken zijn vaak de startpunten van wandelroutes in de natuurgebieden. Na onze reis heeft Trevor ons weer naar New Castle teruggebracht. Trevor was goed bereikbaar als we vragen hadden. Giugno 2024

What a great campervan for 2 people. Arrived to pick up the campervan and met by Trevor, he showed me were everything was and how it all worked, Trevor also gave me some information about places to stay and visit. You can leave your car on the drive whilst you are away. Trevor said any problems text me know and I will get back to you ASAP. When I did have a problem he got back to me right away and the problem was resolved. The campervan is very easy to drive and park in most carparks. On my return I was met by Julie who also was very professional with the checking of the campervan and all the paperwork. Keep up the good work you are both doing a great job. Giugno 2024

Trevor provided a througher overview of the van prior to us leaving It was clean inside and out All paperwork was complete and even had a bottle of Prosecco for us ! The van has everything you need a great addition was the dryer room / bathroom ! Everything easy to use and the drive was comfortable ! Trevor was at the end of the phone for us newbies and nothing was a problem Already planning our next trip with Alma Settembre 2023

Alma, is a beautifully put together campervan. We spent 3 weeks up in the Outer Hedrides. The solar panels make life very easy when campsite have no hook up ( we spent several days " Off Grid""). Thanks Trevor and Julie for the friendly helpful support. Far superior support and Camprrvan than when we last hired 4 years ago from a " Big Company" Real personal service with a Camprrvan very well equipped and presented. Luglio 2023

Trevor was a terrific host for our trip to the Scottish Highlands. He picked us up at, and brought us back to Newcastle. He's friendly and very often available for contacting him. He explained everything very well about Alma. Alma is a great van! Easy for first time users like us and had everything onboard that we could ever need. Halfday drives were very comfortable. Brilliant trip with Ron. Trevor was a great host from booking, to answering any questions to showing us around when we picked it up. Ron comes with a written instruction guide which was great if we needed to refer to it on the trip. We mixed staying on campsites with wild camping along our trip in Scotland and was suitable for both. We travelled as a family of 2 adults, 1 infant and a dog. Got asked at the end of the trip if there was anything we could have needed which wasn't included. We couldn't think of anything as was so well equipped. Aprile 2023

We had an excellent weekend away in Alma. The van was very well equipt and it was in great condition. There is plenty of space and the rear lounge area is great fro relaxing. Ron is an immaculately presented and fully equipped motorhome. So much attention to detail such as the umbrella and torch next to the door. The Karcher window vac for clearing condensation off windows in the morning. Trevor provided a comprehensive handover and even recommended a few sites on our travels. The Garmin SAT NAV is loaded with camping apps and the vehicle dimensions so you will avoid any low bridges and narrow streets. Highly recommended. First class motorhome hire. Thank you Trevor. My partner and I and our young son recently hired Ron from Trevor for a weeks travelling down south, we are brand new to this so you can imagine we had some trepidation about the whole thing, Trevor was absolutely brilliant in allaying our fears and giving us the confidence to enjoy our holiday and not to worry, throughout the whole experience Trevor was always there to answer our messages immediately and talk us through our queries . Ron is immaculate and a beautiful vehicle to drive , perfect for what we needed as a family of 3 and just the size to get us through the small country roads on the isle of wight, Ron is stocked perfectly with everything you will need to enjoy your camping experience, nothing was spared for us to enjoy and cherish our first campervan holiday, thanks to Ron we have made everlasting and beautiful memories . Upon handing Ron back to Trevor he explained everything in detail about the procedure of us getting our bond back and just a couple of hours later we received confirmation from Goboony that this was indeed the case, Trevor, Julie & Ron we are eternally grateful to you for the professional attitude and kindness you have shown to us throughout , Thank you. We had a wonderfull time in Scotland, because of Scotland and through the efforts of Trevor. The camper was maintained very well. He was always there when we needed him and hij did several things which he didn't have to do, but did. Thanks to his efforts we had a carefree holiday. He picked us up at and brought us back to New Castle. I have no point of criticism and will recomment Brentley hire to everybody. I myself certainly hope to come back to do business again! Where do I start !! From first request Trevor was so professional and very quick responses, nothing was a problem. When we collected Ron Trevor took is around and explained all the features and need to know parts of the interior and exterior, and with an extensive manual and Trevor just a call away we had no fears of any issues at all, the first thing we noticed was how clean the exterior was and how immaculate the interior was, once inside the inventory included was brilliant, from camp chairs to cheese graters to hoovers to hoses. Once away we absolutely loved the motorhome and how well looked after it is, everything about this motorhome was superb. We really cannot recommend Trevor and Ron enough and we look forward to hiring again in the future. Thanks Bryn Ottobre 2022

Our first ever motorhome experience has been a huge success! We hired Ron for the weekend, 2 adults and 1 child, and loved every second. Thank you to Trevor who was very helpful and quick to respond to messages running up to our trip - he was very thorough and went the extra mile to check we had everything we needed. Another thank you to Julie who did a full handover with the van, showing us everything we needed to know and kindly giving us her personal mobile number in case we needed help while we were away. It definitely gave us peace of mind knowing that Trevor and Julie were there if we needed them! Ron is in immaculate condition and came with everything and more than we could have needed - including wifi!!! We are so glad to have had this experience and couldn't have picked a better van or more helpful owners. Nous avons eu un séjour fantastique avec le campervan de Trevor, entre les plages du Northetumberland et les montagnes des highlands en écosse. Le van est presque neuf, extrêmement bien équipé avec un coin cuisine très bien fichu, un espace sanitaire bien agréable pour les nuits fraiches écossaises et toute la connectivité moderne (wi-fi, télé connectée smart TV). Avec les batteries et le bac de 100l d'eau il y a suffisamment de réserve pour partir en autonomie plusieurs jours. Le van tiens bien la route et une fois que l'on est habitué à la conduite à gauche assez facile à conduire. C'est vraiment un séjour très agréable et une belle découverte du nord de l'Angleterre et de l'écosse. Trevor est un hôte formidable, il a tout prévu pour nous faciliter le voyage et nous rendre l'utilisation du van facile. Et au retour son ami nous a chaleureusement accueilli pour le retour du Van. Tout est était très facile et bien organisé, nous recommandons sans hésitation l'expérience et le van de Trévor. Maggio 2022
