My 3 girlfriends and I had the most amazing days exploring the Highlands with Gretna Green as our home and vehicle! I totally recommend hiring this van, it comes with everything you might need in the daily basis, it is possible to stand up inside, it felt just right for 4 adults that are mainly eating and sleeping in it. The owner, Graeme, was also super nice and helpful. We were referring to Gretna as "a van that welcomes and hugs you" . Giugno 2026

Les contacts avec Graeme ont toujours été faciles, rapides et sympathiques. Rubis est un vieux monsieur qui a une boîte à vitesses difficile et des amortisseurs usés mais il nous a amené sur 2000km à travers les Highlands sans souci. Son meilleur atout: le confort … et l’autonomie (eau, électricité, toilettes). Giugno 2026

This has been a wonderful family road trip thanks to Graeme. He s a genuine good person. The van was exactly what we needed for 4 personnes. We drove miles through the Highlands safely. We do recommend Graeme and Gretna green 👍🥰. Giugno 2026

Greame and Ruby have both treated us very well during our journey through the Highlands. Ruby has a lot of power and can travel on any road or hill. Wherever we wanted to go we knew we could get there. It's a charming motorhome with wooden furniture. All handmade by Greame himself. The bed is comfortable and warm enough in the Highlands. It's been a blast to travel with Ruby and I would recommend it to anyone. Maggio 2026

Tout s est très bien passé. Graeme est très sympathique . Le véhicule est super bien placé dans Edimbourg , c est pratique pour le récupérer. Nous avons sillonné les highlands avec Greta qui est adapté aux routes qui ne sont pas trop larges parfois. C est plus pratique qu un camping car. Aprile 2026

Nous avons fait un beau voyage dans le nord de l'Ecosse grâce à ce van très bien équipé. Il est très facile et très agréable à conduire une fois qu'on a appréhendé la taille (et la conduite à gauche pour nous autres français). Graeme est très arrangeant et fort sympathique ! Bien plus qu’une simple location de van : Graeme a sauvé nos vacances ! Nous avions loué Greta Green pour deux semaines, mais après un accident de route, Graeme est intervenu immédiatement pour nous permettre de continuer notre voyage. Il nous a confié Ruby Red, que nous avons également beaucoup appréciée. Les annonces sont fidèles à la réalité : les deux vans offrent une conduite similaire mais une configuration intérieure différente. - Pour un meilleur confort de sommeil, nous recommandons Ruby Red. - Si vous souhaitez pouvoir circuler plus facilement à l’intérieur du van, Greta Green est idéale. Il n’y a pas assez de mots pour remercier Graeme. C’est une personne profondément gentille, attentive et toujours disponible. Encore un immense merci Graeme — et beaucoup de bisous de France ! ❤️🇫🇷 More than just a van rental: Graeme truly saved our holiday! We originally rented Greta Green for two weeks, but after having an accident on the road, Graeme immediately stepped in to help and made sure we could continue our trip. He kindly provided us with Ruby Red, which we also really enjoyed. The listings match perfectly : both vans drive in a similar way, but their layouts are different. - For better sleeping comfort, we recommend Ruby Red. - If you prefer more space to move around inside the van, Greta Green is the best choice. I had my issues with the van, e.g. a flat tire. The flat tire was handled quickly by the roadside assistance service! The interior is very cosy, the bed is comfy and kept me warm even on cold nights (note that the heater only works when plugged in!). Graeme was responsive and friendly, even gave me a ride to the train station! Overall despite some issues I had an awesome trip in Scotland in this van! Ottobre 2025
