We hired the van between July 16th and 23rd. It was our first campervan trip and everyone was super helpful, we got provided with a folder of documents and manuals on how to operate everything. There were a few things that I noticed about the van that I would never have known until I drove it. The A/C needed re-gassed and unfortunately we found this out when we were in the 30 degree heat of southern Austria, the wipers barely cleared the windscreen and there wasn't a European adaptor for the power cable. We purchased one which is now with the van and resolved that with Michelle. Overall a very pleasant experience, the awning was missing and the TV was not secured to the wall due to the previous hire, however that never made any difference to us. Michelle was very responsive to messages about the van while we were also on the road which helped a lot for first timers. Would definitely hire again from for a longer period of time to enjoy the motorhome for a longer period of time.

Really helpful owners. The motorhome was lovely and had everything we needed. Loved the little touches like snacks and drinks.

The campervan was great. A good size for the roads of Scotland. The interior was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the curtains were opaque so you could sleep well on sunny mornings. The owners were super nice and responded quickly when we had questions.

The whole experience of renting and dealing with Michelle and her family was great. Clear communication and a through handover of the motorhome. We had a great trip and would recommend renting their great motorhome. The welcome package was a lovely touch. Thanks Niall

Kelly was brilliant. The motorhome was lovely and clean, exactly as described and extremely well equipped. Would definitely rent again.

For us it was the first time rent a Motorhome, and on private basis. It turned out perfect! A great Motorhome in good shape, and very nice owners. Isabel and David were so friendly and even brought us to the airport, after the taxi was too small for all 4 of us. Thank you so much for your kind offer and the service!
