What a great van, I had a fantastic trip in the Lake District Max has really gone the extra mile, with great communication, handover and ‘Ruby’ presented beautifully, drove well and truly fit the bill Highly recommended Ottobre 2025

The handover process was smooth, answered any questions we had a showed us how to use everything. There were a few areas where the van hadn’t been cleaned, the sink and the pop top area. The gas was also low so we had to buy a new canister. We had 2 weeks on the NC500 and the van was great, no issues with the driving and the perfect size for 2 people. Only other slight issue was the lack of cooking equipment so I would recommend taking spoons, scissors and a sharper knife if you’re planning to cook. Overall a great experience and would use Ruby again! Ottobre 2025

Straightforward handover with Max and once we had loaded up we were off on the road. Our first stop was in Harrogate before venturing further north in the Yorkshire Dales. We loved staying in Ruby and it made our minds up that we want one so have now started looking. Settembre 2025

Had an amazing few days in the Lake District, and renting the VW camper van from Max was the highlight! The van was fantastic—spacious, clean, and everything we needed for a comfortable trip.
