Kenny was extremely helpful getting me set up at the start of our trip (though grateful I didn't need to top up the oil as I couldn't remember where it was!) and was pragmatic about the normal levels of sand/mud that might find their way inside the van on a camping trip. I took my 5yr old twins camping on the Jurassic coast and we all had a real whale of a time - there is ample storage so that you can keep the van really clear/tidy whilst inside (which is not normally easy for me, but Bilbo had all that we needed by way of handy cupboards and nooks to tuck away bedding etc.). He's also, because of his 'advanced years', a little rough around the edges in places, which for me, having young children, really lifted a burden of worry about if they might bump about a bit inside the van, not that they did any damage, but he's been well lived-in and it makes him all the more welcoming as a result. It was our first campervan trip (and I hope the first of many!) and we all felt quite sad to say goodbye to Bilbo at the end! Highly recommended! Thanks Kenny! Thanks Bilbo!

Sammy was the perfect camper van for the first time camper van driver. The van was small enough to feel comfortable driving but had loads of space inside for two adults. Kenny was incredibly helpful, even when we were away and had questions. The flexibility on pick up and drop off really helped with the enjoyment of the entire experience. Would totally recommend Kenny and Sammy!!

Absolutely perfect from initial request to handing Sammy back. Friendly communication from Kenny, a great van that drives really well and not the slightest hint of a problem for the week.
