The handover went very smoothly. This was my first Campervan experience for a while. I really enjoyed it but needed to familiarise myself with this particular vehicle. The videos provided by the owners helped considerably when I was setting up the van on site. This particular Campervan, christened Minnie, certainly has plenty of character. Agosto 2025

From start to finish really great dealings with marina and simon .had a fantastic time in their bongo.and what a lovely little campervan,every thing was perfect and no detail was left untouched .from booking the van to the short videos on how to use the van ,which by the way is a fantastic idea and made everything so easy.everything was spot on and the van is fantastic.me and my partner had a fantastic time.only downside was I didn’t want to return it and wanted to keep the van for myself.brillant ……. Firstly I have fed all of this back to the owner 1. Being a virgin at van camping it would have been useful to have the great videos on how to do things sent the week before giving you time to study and prepare any questions that o might have on pick up or can. 2. Some clear instructions as to where actual house was as one end of road blocked so had to go around and the actual road is like a dirt track 3 Pick up time of 3 on the Friday and drop off by 11 on the Sunday made this hire very very expensive for less than 48hrs. And realistically there was so much to go through on pick up I didn’t leave until 1 1/2 hours later. I was very lucky and my campsite was very near but not great of going further afield. 3. Great little welcome basket but let hirers know as I duplicated some items. 4. Only got asked the night before if I wanted a water bottle, awning and Loo and pop up tent. Again get this listed on site or Ask the question a week before. 5. Owners very nice and Van great to drive down narrow country lanes. Luglio 2024

Marina was very helpful and accommodating to help us organise a surprise trip for our parents which was a real success! The little hamper was a lovely touch and Marina gave thorough and clear instructions before they set off, the little van was well equipped and spotless. Highly recommended. Luglio 2024

Marina & Simon were very friendly & helpful, providing guidance videos on the use of the van and optional transfers to the local station and bedding and a welcome basket!. The van behaved splendidly and was very comfortable. Some things I wish I had known (my own fault) was that the van should be plugged into a power source at a campsite for the internal lights and sink pump not to drain the battery….I used the gas only as was like a tent…so fine for me. I also hadn’t realized that rental insurance and RAC recovery was not included in the rental cost…again my fault….I did not read the full description when booking. That said it was a lot of fun and would thoroughly recommend. Maggio 2024

Brilliant communication all the way through the process and Marina helped me to make sure I had everything in place before my trip. She provided a thorough handover and sent me videos of how to operate the bed, roof etc which was really helpful. Minnie was spotlessly clean and in great condition with everything I needed. Really easy to drive and to get set up when you're stopping for the night. The perfect little van for our trip and we had a great week on the beautiful South Wales coast. Would highly recommend Marina and Simon to hire from Maggio 2024
