Risposta da David Hi William thanks for the review, we are disappointed you felt the condition of the van wasn't great. I have copied part of our advert that clearly states that the bed needs to be made up and that the drop down bed is un-operational at this point ' Make up the large comfortable bed for a great nights sleep. We supply a Duvalay Mattress topper to ensure a great nights sleep. Note this Adamo doesn’t have a drop down electric bed'. The awning is operational but don't supply the handle to save customers damaging it in the high winds. I did explain to you on return that we had reduced the rental price by £50 per night to reflect having to make the bed up. We feel with the van being automatic, lovely lounge, cracking kitchen, exceptional bathroom facilities with a large garage, fully equipped including your bedding, towels and outside furniture included in the rental, the van offers great value for money when comparing it so similar size and equipped vehicles. We are glad you enjoyed your holiday and visited many different places along the way, this is the joy of motorhoming.
