Andy was a pleasure to deal with from the initial contact. Upon collecting Robbie, as first timers Andy spent an hour going through everything we needed to know. He was so thorough that we didn't need to contact him during our nearly 600 mile trip to Ayr & the Yorkshire Dales! Robbie performed faultlessly throughout the trip was nice and cosy and did everything we needed him to. Nice and easy to drive, all in all a great experience - Thanks to Andy and Robbie :-) Novembre 2025

Andy made takeover to hand over smooth and straightforward. No detail was missed and it was good to know he was on the end of the phone should we have had any issues or questions. Robbie the van was a pleasure in all aspects and we lacked for nothing. Instant heating & hot water and great to have plenty of room in the fridge. We took Robbie to Isle of Skye Via Glencoe and returned via the lakes. Robbie took it in his stride. As this was our first camper van adventure we wanted a hassle free experience and we got that in buckets from Andy & Robbie.. Cheers. Ottobre 2025

Just finished a fantastic little roadtrip around the Scottish Highlands in Robbie. We've previously used hire companies so this was our first Goboony experience. Hiring from Andy worked really well for us. It was an easy pick up and drop off process. The van was well equipped and very easy to drive around smaller roads as well as motorways. Our first experience hiring a private motorhome and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. Andy (owner) was super helpful at handover, ‘Robbie’; his campervan, was luxurious and came equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a long festival weekend as a family. We had a fabulous trip travelling the North Coast 500 in Robbie. He was very comfortable for 2 of us, with a full size fridge, lots of storage, a toilet and shower. He was also a good size to manage the narrow roads, and for ease of parking in places of interest. Andy went above and beyond, suggesting places to see, campsites and driving times and even helping us to plan the itinerary we wanted. As we were visiting from Australia, the extra items he included for our use on the trip were really appreciated. Luglio 2025

Robbie the van was the best campervan I've ever used and made for an amazing trip. Had no challenges or issues at all our whole trip. We will be booking again. We had the pleasure of a week with Robbie and it was a week to remember! My 7 year old son, our dog and I ventured around the North Wales coast, the Lake District, Galloway Forest Park and Loch Lomond, staying both on and off grid, and Robbie was the perfect companion. Andy was super helpful although it really is so easy we didn’t need him. We’ll definitely be using Robbie again and would highly recommend. Aprile 2025

From first to last contact with Andy he was amazing. Really responsive to messages and questions and very welcoming. Gave us a really thorough overview of Robbie and ensured we were happy and comfortable with everything before driving off. He made us feel really comfortable as it was our first time hiring a van and made it clear it wasn’t an issue if we contacted him with any problems. The van itself is fantastic and accommodates any need, we didn’t use the electric hook up but was an option. It was very clean and well looked after and a pleasure to drive. What an experience. we hired robbie at the start of October and drove him up to the yorkshire dales and york. Andy went through everything thoroughly before we left and was responsive when we messaged. The van is really comfortable to drive and be a passenger in. We cooked a few meals in the van and there was plenty of supplies to be able to do this. The fridge is a really good size and we fitted everything we needed into it. He had everything you could need. Plenty of storage under the bed and the shower and toilet were really handy to have also. It was our first time hiring a van and we now have the bug although i think we have been spoilt with Robbie. We were campervan newbies and Andy and Robbie made the experience a really good one. Andy’s handover was great - and he had useful information in the van (as well as things usefully labelled) so you couldn’t go wrong. Andy was available if you had any queries while you were away (we did - our own ignorance!!). We travelled to York to a serviced pitch, which worked well. We had a lovely day touring York and then back to Robbie for the evening. Robbie is well equipped - even has WiFi, which was a bonus we hadn’t expected, especially as we ended up in a poor signal area. The bed is out all the time so you don’t need to keep putting it up and down and there is loads of storage. The shower worked really well and was so much nicer than trekking off to a public shower block. The full size fridge freezer was also something we didn’t expect and Andy had kindly popped some ice cubes in before we left so we could have a G&T as soon as we arrived! Highly recommend Robbie! Die Übergabe war entspannt und unkompliziert. Andy hat das Wohnmobiel für uns so vorbereitet das wir auch ohne Campingplatz das Wochenende verbringen konnten Alles wurde kurz erläutert und falls man doch noch Rückfragen hat gibt es einen Leitfaden zu den verschiedenen Geräten. Wir sind nach Snowdonia gefahren und gewandert. Mit dem Wohnmobiel konnte man gut am Meer stehen ohne auf einen Campingplatz zu verweilen. Zur Leerung der Abwasser einfach einen der zahlreichen gut geführten Campingplatz anfahren und gegen eine Gebühr kann man dort alles entsorgen. Das Wohnmobiel war für so ein Wanderwochenende völlig ausreichend. Das Wohnmobiel ist besonders da es ein ordentlich gepflegtes Wohnmobiel ist und allen Komfort bietet den man benötigt. Danke dafür und vielleicht bis zum nächsten Mal. Settembre 2024

Andy’s camper van ‘Robbie’ was an absolute joy to rent. We are new to the camper van game and loved every minute of it. The van is very well equipped and so comfortable with the added bonus of a toilet and shower. Andy was so lovely and couldn’t do enough to make sure we had everything we needed and knew how everything worked. We would definitely hire this van again without hesitation 😊 Luglio 2024
