Excellent comms all the way through and clear instructions about how to collect and handback. I was away off grid completely so made sensible use of the power / water / gas, all of which lasted for the full 4 days with no problems. There's so much storage packed into the van it was easy to keep everything sorted and they were quickly responsive to the couple of queries I had while away (eg. you need to keep the hob / oven button pressed in for quite a while so it heats up otherwise the light just goes out). It was so lovely to have all the amenities while staying away and the bed if for sure very comfy. It was only me in it too which made things easier - not sure I'd have wanted to be trying to clamber over someone in the middle of the night to get to the toilet :-) It is an older van so you need to accept that there's a little wear and tear such as cracks in some plastic fittings / windows not holding open / broken catches / radio not working (well, that one might have been user error!) but it doesn't detract from the overall fun of being away in the van. Driving is straightforward although it's best to take it slow and steady, but Lana drives well and I quite got into the swing of it. Would very much recommend! Luglio 2025

A very happy and great handover from tiff on taken the motorhome. Any problems that did arrive chris and tiff were at the end of the phone. Lots of storage places. Very comfy sleeps. Thankyou for allowing us to borrow her for the week Mandy and Dave Giugno 2025

We had a great time in Lana. We managed to get to the Lake district and southern Scotland and only 19 miles over the limit! Chris and Tiff were very helpful and great communication before, during and after our trip. Lana has a super driving position and once you are used to the 'top-heaviness' of driving a motorhome she is really comfortable to drive. The big bed up top is ridiculously comfortable too and I was even too hot with the fan heater on. I would recommend Lana and her owners for any trip. Aprile 2025

Lana is a very lovely motorhome, everything you need and very user friendly. The heating and hot water system superb. She is a very comfortable drive too! Had a fantastic and comfortable long weekend away in this van, highly recommend and would definitely hire her again in the future. Many thanks to Chris and Tiff for being so accommodating with pick up and drop off too. All in all a great choice! Ottobre 2024

Chris and Tiff were very helpful and did a good demo of everything as we were first time campervanners!! There’s good storage and very good equipment e.g kitchen items whilst the seats pulled out make a snug, comfy bed! We had lots of fun by the sea and along the lanes of Dorset. Settembre 2024

Eclipse is a lovely well equipped VW, the LWB ensure maximum space and comfort. Chris and Tiff were lovely to deal with, it was a pleasure to use their super Eclipse. We will be back for more Agosto 2024

What an excellent experience from start to finish. Tiff introduced me to Valerie and, aware I had a long drive ahead of me up to Scotland via the Lakes, kept it short and sweet, but covered all the important details. Valerie is a very well-looked after N reg, and although she's not the fastest off the line, she makes up for it in all the right places: well set-up inside, and easy to live with. Tiff and Chris provided me with an airbeam awning and camping chairs for no additional cost - which I didn't actually use, in the end! Tiff was more than happy for me to carry my bike inside Valerie, as she doesn't have an external bike carrier. I spent peaceful nights on the shores of Ullswater and Loch Loch Lomond, bookending a week in North Ledaig during the final Clipper Race 2023-24 stopover, catching up with my crewmates on Perseverance, before they embarked on the last race, down to the Finish in Portsmouth. All-in-all, a really smooth and trouble-free trip (apart from a 3.5hr standstill on the M6 on the way back!) Luglio 2024

We borrowed this lovely camper for one night at a wedding, we had a great time are our kids loved sleeping in the pop top roof! Handover was quick and easy, would certainly recommend! Luglio 2024

Chris and Tiff such lovely people and super helpful especially when we managed to put in the wrong return address and were over an hour late. Valerie is a lovely camper . She came to Glastonbury festival with us , the few hours sleep we got were extremely comfortable and there was everything we needed and more. Very easy and nice to drive and economical on fuel .... a lovely mix of quirkiness and efficiency. We are looking forward to finding the time for another roadtrip and would 100% rent from Chris and Tiff again Thanks for the lovely experience! Luglio 2024
