Rented Matt's camper van for a few days travelling around the Lake District. Obviously it's not the most modern camper van but it is well equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable and spacious enough when confined inside by the rain! Matt explained everything very clearly and was available online during the trip to answer any questions we had. A great experience! Kasper is a little gem. A joy to drive and had everything we needrd for a long weekend getaway with the dog. Matthew was a great communicator and gave us everything we needed n good time for our trip. Thoroughly recommend both Matthew and Kasper! Luglio 2025

We loved our weekend in Kaspar. The van was a cosy refuge on a wild stormy night, and rock and roll bed was really comfortable. Kaspar was easy to drive (given his age), but if you're short it's a bit of a stretch to push the clutch in. I'm 5"4 and could just about reach. Matt was a brilliant host - communicative, shared lots of information about Kaspars in advance so we could familiarise ourselves with how everything works, and he even kindly brought the van to the station for us to save us walking in the rain to his house. Would definitely recommend. We plan to borrow Kaspars again! Luglio 2025

We had a wonderful time away in Kasper for our Christmas get away to Scotland. Matt was an incredible from the time of booking, all the information/manuals were sent out in advance and was also printed so could easily access whilst out on the road if you were ever unsure. Can’t recommend this van enough for your get away 10/10 Dicembre 2024

This was a great trip :) Matthew was very accommodating and flexible with the handover and the return. Really helpful explanations of the facilities and features, and also has really useful videos online. It's a beautifully kept VW T4, really nice looking and comfortable (great bed!). Loved the driving experience, and all in really good order. Adequately equipped with pots, dishes, cutlery and utensils. This was a weekend trip to Wigtown Book Festival - staying in the van made for a great weekend. Ottobre 2024

We had a fantastic two night stay in the campervan. Matt was an informative and responsive host and made it easy for pick up and drop off. The van itself was extremely clean and well thought out. There was everything needed for cooking (plates, bowls etc) and the gas two burner was easy to use. We were particularly impressed with the electrics and the leisure battery as we were able to charge our phones, use the fridge, have lights on to read on an evening and still have hours left on the battery. The rock and roll bed is so comfortable and inside the van is cosy and warm on an evening. I can’t wait for the opportunity to book the van again in the future and I would do so without looking at any others because I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Matt is a great host and has a lovely campervan Kasper. Gives a great retro feel, with some handy modern gadgets eg blue tooth. The van was warm, good value for money, dry, clean and had everything we needed. Matt was very friendly, timely and helpful. I would certainly hire Kasper again . Thanks again. We recently hired Matthew's campervan and it was a very pleasant experience. The provided guide and videos were extremely useful, making the process smooth and easy.
