The experience in Scotland with a motorhome was excellent. Despite its large size, we got used to driving carefully on Scotland's narrow roads. Communication with Russell was very fluid, and the pick-up and return of the motorhome was very simple. Settembre 2025

Spacious motorhome with plenty of storage. Used all facilities, lots of kit on board, takes a bit of time to get your head round it and probably only did at the end of the 4 days. I’m sure if we had booked for a week we would have really settled into motorhome life. A tad ambitious on the mileage we crammed in but this motorhome did not let us down. Would recommend and hire again but for longer. Agosto 2025

We had a great trip. Russell was extremely helpful showing us how everything worked and giving tips on driving and parking. The van was i good condition with everything we needed. We will definitely book through him again! Agosto 2025

The motorhome wasn’t for for purpose It was filthy and smelly I had to bleach everywhere before using Disgusting! There was a leak in the toilet so it wasn’t in use the whole time we had the van (the owner will say otherwise obviously) So no water either The awning was broke Gaffer tape round the windows The seats where the seatbelts are, the cushion is poorly fitted so my son flew off it .No Tv For the money that was charged for this van it was nothing short of stealing! I disputed with goboony they had 10 days to respond a month later Insufficient evident Zero compensation Don’t ever use the owner or Goboony Their lack of care and greed for money is disgraceful Luglio 2025

Horrific experience- van was filthy (even dirty dishes in cupboard) . Mattress soiled & stunk of urine that they had tried and failed to mask , all upholstery filthy and smelly. Advertiser does not care in the slightest and refused to take accountability for the substandard vehicle. Lots of things broken, cookware useless cheap rubbish….spent hours cleaning it myself so my kids could have some kind of holiday. Have opened a dispute with goboony and if no joy there then will go to banks and small claims court to get this cowboy held accountable for ripping people off. He talks the talk but it’s all BS when there’s a problem. Avoid this person at all Costs! Luglio 2025

Risposta da Russell The hirers partner returned the van and stated that he didn’t know what she was talking about and was in fact ocd. He also said the kids fought the entire trip and that’s possibly why she has not enjoyed the experience. What is not in the hirers exaggerated review is that the van they had originally ordered was badly damaged and we only knew of this happening a few hrs before they arrived - having travelled a fair distance to collect we pulled out the stops to replace the van and ensure her kids had some sort of holiday explained it had all been a bit of a rush. I’m sure if you check out the many reviews Iv had online that I’m definitely not a cowboy - care 100 % about people having great trips but when someone is unreasonable I won’t be taking any action ( I did offer a discount by paying for fuel if supplied receipts but none were presented on return. I would not hire a 24 plate £70k motorhome to this lady again .

Process was great and campervan owner Russell was super helpful. Only criticism would be the Go Boony handover process as it is very lengthy and should be shortened if possible. Great fun and thanks to Russell my kids and family had a great time travelling the west coast of scotland. Luglio 2025

What a journey, what an experience going on the NC500 with Russell’s Scottish Edge 6 Berth Motorhome russell is great to deal with and any problems that he could help with he did with no hassle He is very knowledgeable about the NC500 and will definitely use him going forward for any of our Motorhome needs Handover was great - quick & painless - which is what we needed The van is great for first timers and I would highly recommend Luglio 2025
