Michael is super friendly. The handover went well. The campervan handles really well and the layout was perfect for us (2 adults). The campervan was not clean, however, and we spent an hour in the Tesco parking lot cleaning out all the cupboards, drawers, cutlery, dishes and wiping down the front driving area. There are some definite areas for improvement - though the serrated knife worked well, the only other cutting knife was dull and almost useless. Two of the four cups were dirty / stained to the point where I couldn't get them clean. One of the remaining cups was cracked. The non-stick pots and fry pan are of the old-school cancer-causing teflon and the non-stick surfaces are scratched and peeling. The toaster only works if you stand there and hold the lever down. Quelques soucis mécaniques au début du séjour pour lesquels Michael à été très réactif pour réparer. Le van se conduit très bien sur les petites routes écossaises et il est très moderne. La capacité en eau et la présence de panneaux solaires permettent plusieurs jours d'autonomie totale sans problème. Le chauffage est top. Le van est grand et il y a beaucoup de rangement. Over the whole process of renting this campervan, Michael was extremely supportive, easy to get into contact with and had some great tips for our journey. We also had no issues with the campervan. I would definitely recommend 10/10! Settembre 2025

Super première expérience en van pour nous ! Michael a été très réactif pour nous remettre les clés, répondre à nos questions et nous donner des conseils bien utiles. Le van est parfait : il ne manque rien, tout est fonctionnel et une fois le lit relevé, on a été surpris par la place disponible. Après avoir vu des vans de sociétés de location on ne regrette aucunement notre choix. Merci Michael pour ce séjour ! Agosto 2025

Le camping car a répondu à nos attentes. Lit confortable, espace de rangement, eau chaude pour la douche, cuisine au gaz. Tout a très bien fonctionné. La relation avec Michael a été excellente. Luglio 2025
