Matt was incredibly helpful, informative and flexible. Great handover, gave us all the information we needed, good stock of essential equipment and the van was nice and easy to drive. The handover from Matt was really helpful and well planned, we got all the info we needed and he kindly offered to be a bit flexible with the pickup and drop off times, which was much appreciated. We went to a music festival only about 50 odd miles away, mostly up the M1 which was a breeze for the van and the country roads were no problem too. The kitchen and fridge-freezer worked well, there was plenty of gas, and the supplied pans were great for cooking. What we noticed especially, is that as well as being comfortable and spacious, the van is very well insulated from noise outside, especially handy when you want to sleep at a noisy festival. I'll definitely be seeing if Halen is available the next time we need a campervan. Agosto 2025

Would highly recommend this campervan. Matt keeps the van in very good order. Very well maintained, very well designed and it's so easy to drive. The 4hr trip to Devon just sailed by. Matt makes the check in process painless with a full explanation of how everything works for a safe and enjoyable trip. Will definitely use again. Agosto 2025

Matt Thanks for your excellent service. The Camper was immaculately presented. Slick handover with lots of useful tips. The van has all you need and the swivel chair makes really useful chill out space or for having a sit down meal in the van. Overall a brilliant experience in the Peak District. Thank again. Matt was such a helpful accommodating man and allowed us to rent his van and book it very last minute (the evening prior to us collecting it). His communication was excellent and he sent forms over quickly, explaining the process to us in detail as it was the first time we’d used the app. Handover was thorough and detailed- Matt is extremely professional and explained everything we needed to know. We loved using his VW van- the bed in the van (although slightly smaller than a double bed) did not feel squished and was super comfortable with the mattress- we slept so well and it was the most comfortable night sleep we’ve ever had in a van. Matt obviously takes great care of his van and even cleaned the outside prior to us using it as he knew we were attending a classy wedding- type party. The extra perks of using matts van was that he includes a efficient pre-charged fan which kept us cool throughout our use (something we initially had reservations about seeing as there’s no aircon in the van) but that was not a problem and we remained a perfect cool temperature with using the fan. The fridge worked amazingly and Matt kindly switched it on prior to our pick-up time so that we could keep our beverages cold. The van is spacious, comfortable and economical- we only used 1/4 tank of diesel having travelled over 240miles. Thanks so much to Matt- we would highly recommend his van and will be back to use it again in the future. Luglio 2025
