We would highly recommend Betsy. We had a great trip doing the NC500. Communication with Mandy was excellent from start of booking right the way through till after the trip. I found Betsy very comfortable and easy to drive. Being compact also made her easy to park either on roads or on car parks. Inside she was very comfortable, the bedding as extra was also very cosy so definitely take that option. She had plenty of crockery, pans etc and the tea coffee etc were nice extra touches. Not a negative but more a suggestion to make her even better, we thought she could do with a chopping board, bread knife and scissors just to make meal prep easier and save any worries of damaging work tops etc. None of that would stop me recommending her to anyone and would definitely look to book her on future trips. Mandy is a wonderful host, and made everything as simple as possible for us on our check in. She was friendly, informative, kind and helpful, and even dropped us off at the train station on our return 🥰 Betsy was an absolute dream to drive, especially up some very steep roads in the Highlands, and had everything we needed for a cosy nights sleep and cooking meals, on our Scotland adventure 🙌 We managed 438 miles in 2 days, swimming in the Faery Pools in Skye, crossing the ferry at Kylerhea, exploring the castle at Lochness and finally Loch Long. My son and I had a wonderful trip, and as a first time van driver, I felt very safe and confident navigating Betsy. We can't wait till our next adventure, and we're already looking into Fort William/Ben Nevis and Glencoe for next year! Thank you Mandy and family, we miss Betsy and Scotland already! Voglio ancora ringraziare Mandy e sua figlia Nora per la loro disponibilità (per niente scontata). Betsy è stata formidabile. Non ci ha mai dato disagi o problemi. È un van bellissimo. E ci ha fatto stare bene durante il nostro viaggio sull'isola di Arran. Se torneremo in Scozia....vorremo nuovamente Betsy come mezzo. ❤️ adatto a famiglia di 4 persone Aprile 2026

We had an excellent time exploring the Highlands and bringing in the New Year with Betsy. She's a lovely wee van - compact but cosy, well kitted out, drives really smoothly, and looks great in a photo ;) Pick up & drop off with Mandy were easy. Thanks! rented a campervan from Mandy for a trip up to the Highlands in the off-season, and the whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. The van had everything I needed—comfortable, clean, and fully equipped for the journey. Mandy herself was incredibly helpful. She took the time to give me recommendations for great spots to stop at on the way up, which really made the trip even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure you have a good experience. Travelling in the off-season was actually perfect: quieter roads, peaceful stops, and still plenty to see. Would definitely recommend renting from Mandy. Great van, great service, and a great overall trip. Novembre 2025
