Our first experience of a campervan holiday and it was amazing. So much so we have booked again already with Alan, Jo and Bethany. The campervan was very clean and had everything in it we could have wanted especially kitchen tools. The whole communication was prompt, friendly and informative. A great location to pick up the motorhome to drive in so many different directions. A great memorable holiday . Settembre 2025

Really great experience with ‘Betty’ and her owners. Great communication and information from Jo and the team in advance and they were quick to respond to queries. Pick up was easy and benefitted from being offered slightly earlier so we were able to get on the road sooner. Betty handled really well and was comfortable to drive and live in. With our ginormous German Shepherd we probably should have gone with something bigger as his turning circle was restricted to two areas inside only - we coped! Betty was well-equipped with a decent sized fridge which was great. Shower available but we stuck to those in the sites as we didn’t wild camp this time! The pop top bed was vital as doggo took up all the space downstairs! Still, we survived the week and a) are still married and b) still own the doggo so can’t be that bad! We got as far as Lindisfarne and all around Northumberland, which was gorgeous! Would highly recommend. Settembre 2025

After an initial problem when the day before we were due to take out the camper van the handbrake had failed, Beth was quick to notify us and sorted us out with an upgraded vehicle immediately at no extra cost. As inexperienced motorhome users of this type of vehicle we did experience a few issues and whenever we called Jo she promptly answered the call and fixed the issues we had. No Matter the time Jo always responded immediately. We had a wonderful time away in this beautiful clean and new motorhome which only enhanced our experience in making wonderful memories. Would I use them Again? Without a moments hesitation and would totally recommend not looking anywhere else for your hire needs. A small friendly family run business who go the extra mile to make sure that you are happy! Thank you Agosto 2025

From start to finish, Jo and Alan made our experience super easy with great communication and flexibility. The Motorhome is luxury of wheels and made our stay at Glastonbury even better. Beds are so comfortable, the design makes it feel extra roomy, it has a great shower unit and modern kitchen facilities. There are plenty of seating options and a big fridge to keep all the food and drink cool. We honestly couldn’t ask for a better motorhome for our stay. Alan, Jo and Betty were the perfect hosts; polite, helpful, friendly and understanding - an absolute pleasure to deal with. The van itself is 5*. It has everything you could possibly need for a trip away as a family of four (plus dog!). The van is well made, functions perfectly and is very comfortable. The pop top was easy to use and survived the rain in the lakes. The flexible layout was fantastic and all utilities worked well. The heating was an absolute god-send for wet coats/boots. There is great storage and the kitchen drawers are really well and thoughtfully stocked - for example, there was a measuring jug…which we actually needed! The little touches such as washing up liquid, loo roll, beverages and a bag of sweet treats made everything just feel extra special. We will definitely be hiring from them again. If you are considering this van - go for it. It’s flawless! Maggio 2024

Lovely, small, family run business. Super friendly and able to answer my various questions. Motorhome is well cared for, with everything we needed, even a wide selection of fuses and tools, just in case. Hoping to buy our own, but would happily rent from Betty B's again if we needed to. Ottobre 2023
