The whole experience went smoothly and I was constantly kept in the know with updates. The handover was very informative and the van was very clean. We used the van for a weekend at beatherder festival and the van made it one of the most memorable festivals to date. They are a lovely, laid back couple and would 100% hire from them again! Really friendly, accommodating and helpful host. Provided a thorough handover and videos for ease of reference too - these were a great help. Communication before and during our trip was quick and helpful. It was our first ever adventure in a campervan and we all loved it. We explored North Wales for 3 nights, moving to a different campsite each day. Poppy quickly felt like a home from home thanks to the attention to detail, high spec and beautiful, homely design. We opted for the additional towels and bedding pack and added garden furniture which made things even easier. Our 4 year old daughter particularly loved the cute cot bed and treated it like her cosy den. A really comfortable van with plenty of storage. The kitchen in particular was really well thought through and we had everything we needed . The awning was really useful and easy to use. Decorating it with the fairy lights provided was an extra joy! Maggio 2026
