We fell in love with this van thanks to the pictures, we were convinced to try it thanks to the comments. Everything you see and read is true, actually even better. The added value of this van is definitely the owners. We read about this too, but you only realize the importance of the owners' honesty and helpfulness once a problem arises. We had a long trip, and these are still cars: small breakdowns can happen. Thanks to Pedro and his wife, we managed not to give up anything on our journey despite being without a van for two days. During these days Pedro did the impossible to return the van to us as soon as possible as good as new, in the meantime they offered us to use their own car to keep on our itinerary. In addition, they kept telling us the opportunity to change the van (and owner) via Yescapa free of charge. We decided to trust them and wait, definitely without any regrets. The continuous availability (both for problems and advice) and honesty of these people makes you feel safer to travel. The van trip through most of Portugal was a pleasant experience, my girlfriend and I found more complicity in living in this small travelling house after a very short time. Thank you again Pedro! Pedro ist einfach so ein toller und herzlicher Mensch! Sein VAN mindestens genauso wie sein Besitzer - sooo herzlich und liebevoll im Detail, sehr sauber, tolle Bettwäsche und Bezüge, alles hat so super geduftet und alles da, was ein Camper-Herz benötigt! Die Übergabe sowohl vor als auch nach unserer Reise war sehr vertrauenwürdig und wertschätzend! Jederzeit wieder! 

Pedro war ein grandioser und sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Bei jeder Frage stand er immer zeitnah zur Verfügung. Von Tipps Und Tricks fehlte es an Nichts. Van Captain ist ein liebevoll ausgebauter Van und man hat super viel Optionen. Also die gesamte Reise mit Van Captain ist nur zu Empfehlen. Ein wenig auf Luxus wie eine heiße Dusche muss man verzichten können. Wenn mn aber Campen an sich sehr mag ist man hier genau richtig. Es lässt sich leicht fahren und man hat alles nötige für unterwegs

É stata un'esperienza meravigliosa, un grande senso di libertà e indipendenza. Pedro, il proprietario é una persona squisita, sempre disponibile e aperto a dare consigli su itinerari e luoghi da scoprire. Van captain é stato il perfetto compagno di viaggio, comodo, facile da guidare nonostante sia un mezzo di grandi dimensioni, letto grande e comodissimo, numerose taniche di acqua e pannello solare ci hanno permesso di stare sempre in libera. Dentro é allestito benissimo ed é spazioso e hai un welcom kit utile per partire. Abbiamo viaggiato molto e ci siamo goduti tutto. Consiglio a tutti questa esperienza e il Van di Pedro é perfetto! 

Pedro is a great guy. He welcomed us warmly, explained everything in the van and gave us superb suggestions for nice spots along our trip. We had a great experience and can highly recommend renting this van. The van is very nicely done and has everything you need for traveling through Portugal.
