The Van was pretty good, but there was some imperfections. The overall experience was very good and is very solid. The owner was kind and gave us everything.

João was helpful with picking us up form the airport and meeting us at different point when we dropped it off and gave a good suggestion for our first night. The van was mechanically sound and didn't cause any concerns in our 10 day trip. It coped admirably with some interesting steep roads. The interior of the van was bit tired in places (the odd crack or lose screw) but nothing that caused a problem. As a family with two young amessy kids this was quite good rather than worrying about the state of a pristine new van. João had cleaned the van well, provided bedding and there were plenty of supplies in the van (soap, salt, tea towels etc.) alongside cooking utensils making for a pleasurable experience. The camper was great flexible way for us to explore the island and we would happily hire from João again

Madère est l’endroit idéal pour séjourner en van et offre une totale liberté pour profiter pleinement de l’île. Merci à Rui pour tous nos échanges et ces excellents conseils. Les équipements du camion étaient parfaits pour passer des vacances en toute autonomie

véhicule Ducato mal entretenu avec des choses cassées qui nous n'avions pas vu au départ. Le loueur est sympathique et réactif mais il n'a jamais apporté de solutions à nos problèmes. Des options inutiles facturées 25 euros (douche solaire finalement une simple pomme de douche à l'eau froide). Notre séjour a été écourté suite à problème mécanique et nous n'avons pas été aidé : nous avons du le ramener à Funchal et finir à l'hôtel. Donc en conclusion, un manque de sérieux et un tarif élevé pour la qualité et le suivi client
