Viaggio bellissimo. Due giorni di relax presso l'Etna. Base al campeggio Mons Gibel di Belpasso. Gentilissimi i proprietari (fratello e sorella) con i loro suggerimenti ed il loro aiuto, ritenuto che era la prima volta che guidavo un camper. Il camper, seppure enorme, una macchina fantastica. Da prenderci le misure, viste le dimensioni, ma facile da guidare. Tutto perfetto.

Véhicule en mauvais état, la fenêtre du toit fuyait et a inondé l'intérieur. Ça nous paraît normal qu'il vieillisse avec le temps mais ça aurait été bien de nous prévenir car la fenêtre avait visiblement déjà été réparée avec du Scotch. Le camping car est en plus mal équipé en vaisselle et ustensiles.. on a dû acheter pas mal de choses pour se faire la cuisine que 3 fois.. un peu dommage. **** Réponse du propriétaire*****La fenêtre de toit avait été auparavant cassée par un voyageur et le véhicule étant loué quasiment tout l'été il n'est pas facile de faire les réparations. En ce qui concerne la vaisselle, le camping-car est équipé de toutes les choses de base telles que casseroles, poêles, assiettes, verres, couverts et cafetière.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. When we brought VAN back he drove us to the train station. Also when VAN keys stopped working he brought us new keys in less than 2 hours. Unfortunately that is the only good thing about the service. Camper is in a very bad condition:  The window in the bathroom and in the living room does not work ( it cannot be opened. On the stove, only one of the three burners is working. The refrigerator cannot be locked ( secured) during the drive, so it keeps opening and everything falls out. The ignition key stopped working after one day because the battery was dead, the driver's phone charger doesn't work, so we couldn't charge the phones while driving. We had to pay an etra 30 EUROS for bed linen and towels and we still didn't have anything to cover ourself with. When we took the camper, the water tank was nor refilled, all the dishes were dirty and one of the gas bottles was half empty. We also didn't have a broom to clean the camper and no jack for the spare wheel. ***Owner's reply*** Hello, unfortunately during the summer camping cars are constantly on the road and if the previous traveler damages a window, I cannot repair it straight away. As for the key, I cannot foresee that the battery will drain while you are traveling but I try to solve it as quickly as possible by reaching you and fixing the problem. As for the spare wheel and the jack, all camping cars have everything needed for an emergency in the garage.

Pulizia superficiale del camper prima della partenza. Abbiamo riscontrato dei problemi al frigo a causa del mancato controllo della bombola da parte della proprietaria e per questo abbiamo dovuto cambiarla noi il giorno della partenza. La porta d'ingresso della zanzariera non si chiudeva. La puzza del bagno invadeva regolabile il veicolo.** risposta proprietario ** Il frigo era stato acceso personalmente da me durante la consegna del mezzo ed è perfettamente funzionante. Avevo spiegato però che, nel caso fosse finita la prima bombola, avrebbero dovuto sostituirla con quella di ricambio da me fornita. Il camper era stato igienizzato e sanificato prima della partenza, ma chi conosce questi mezzi sa perfettamente che con il caldo estivo purtroppo il bagno tende ad emanare cattivi odori, proprio per questo si dovrebbe lavare tutti i giorni e, come avevo spiegato, si dovrebbe utilizzare anche l’acqua kem.   

Aucun problème à signaler. le camping car est comme dans la description, on peut même demander des draps en bonus (en rajoutant un petit plus 💶)
