Sehr netter Kontakt und schnelle Beantwortung aller Fragen, die wir vorab hatten. Vor Beginn der Reise hat uns Dirk eine Liste mit Tipps für Campingplätze, Restaurants etc. zugeschickt. Dirk bietet das Rundumsorglos-Paket an. Im Camper ist wirklich alles, was man für eine Reise braucht. Der Van ist in einem Top-Zustand. Auf Fragen während unseres Trips haben wir umgehend Rückmeldung bekommen. Dirk ist sogar nach Lissabon mit dem Zug gefahren um den Camper abzuholen, damit wir nicht nochmal nach Porto zurück fahren mussten. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

I cannot say enough positives about this experience. From start to finish, Dirk was incredibly helpful, responsive, and informative. The camper van was well-maintained, immaculate and the best equipped camper van we have ever rented. We would rent again without hesitation, and fully recommend the renter.

Dirk is an amazing camper owner! He welcomed us with two pastel de nata and he picked up us from the airport and brought us back at the end of our trip. He gave to us explanation and a written guide on the features of the campervan, he also gave us a nice Google maps’ list of everything we needed in Portugal (what to visit, where to stay, restaurants and very nice spots). The campervan is very new, clean and well kept, full of optional gadgets that were really helpful during our stay (bbq, chairs, table, cleaning materials, fans and much more). Dirk is a very kind and understanding person, he helped us trough our trip every time we needed. We highly recommend renting his van, just don’t do it too often: we also want a spot to rent it again! :)

Hiring “Bob” from Dirk was an absolute delight. At every stage Dirk communicated with us very quickly and was always eager to assist us anyway he could. The vehicle was exactly as described and in the 2 months we lived in Bob we did not need anything that was not already supplied. Dirk made every effort to ensure we had a great experience. Der Vermieter ist super. Er hat uns abgeholt und auch wieder zum Flughafen gebracht. Er hat uns in jeglicher Hinsicht unterstützt. Der Camper ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, sogar Grill und Kaffeemaschine.
