Wir sind im gesamten sehr zufrieden mit diesem Camper. Die Übergaben haben reibungslos stattgefunden und der Camper hat uns nie im stich gelassen. Man muss sich im Klaren sein, dass manche bergauf Fahrten im 1. Gang sehr langsam gefahren werden müssen. Jedoch hat uns das absolut nicht gestört. So kann man die Natur super genießen und perfekt nach einem neuen Schlafplatz Ausschau halten. Wir hatten einen einzigartigen tollen Urlaub den wir nicht mehr vergessen werden. Außerdem war der Vermieter mehr als freundlich und hat uns sofort geantwortet wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Wir fühlten uns nicht „allein gelassen“. Ich kann diesen tollen, etwas älteren Camper nur jedem ans Herz legen.

Our stay in Joao’s van has been perfect: it is really full-optional and easy to use, optimal size to fit almost in every parking and road. The island offers a lot of quiet and stunning places to spend the night, so no problems for that. Fridge is very cold, hot water boiler works fast and so the heater. In addition, solar panels let the battery stay charged even with the external A/C on. I recommend it at all, I will sure get it if I will come again in Madeira. Joao is a perfect host, reactive, kind and punctual, as well as his wife that explained everything I needed to know. Thank you!!!

La furgoneta es un vehículo muy antiguo y es bastante peligroso la circulación en Madeira. Hay rampas de subida y de bajada que son muy largas y pronunciadas y los frenos se calientan, tuvimos que parar varias veces por seguridad. Los cinturones de seguridad se desenclavan ojo si os lo ponéis verificar que han enganchado bien. El gas de la cocina sale muy poca cantidad y eso impide calentar agua a 100 grados. La nevera tampoco enfría mucho. Si no estás acostumbrado a llevar vehículos pesados no te lo recomiendo.

Absolutely amazing trip in the van. Highly recommend! We saw the entire island and it was great to have the freedom to roam. The van was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.
