Fantastic experience with Fatima after a not so good one with a vehicle breakdown prior. She is very accomodating and just wanted us to have a great time. The fact she didn’t speak fluent English, and we had to translate at times via google to communicate was not an issue at all. The process was thorough and transparent. Our trip started off with a bump in the road when our own camper broke down. Within hours of downloading the app we were on our way to continue our trip thanks to Fatima. Her camper had everything we needed and even more! This was the best way to explore the Algarve. Fatima made the whole process so simple (language barrier included). She is very kind & helpful & any questions we had throughout the trip she promptly responded to directly. The process of meeting, handing over the van and then returning it was very smooth. I totally recommend this & look forward to hearing from you returning ourselves.
