The trip itself was fine. The booking process was smooth and Cosimo responded readily and helpfully to queries and messages. The van is not a modern one, but worked very well for our needs (a family visiting from the UK). The problems started at drop off. We had paid a supplement for cleaning, and left the van clean and tidy, but Cosimo wanted to charge us extra for not having cleaned the van inside and out and not having refilled the water tank. He also started sending photos of things he thought we had "broken", for example window blinds which were broken beforehand. I would not hire from Cosimo again - the handover process and the messages and extra charges that followed were stressful in the extreme. In the end I had to block Cosimo's number on WhatsApp, which is not something I have ever done before.

Excellent experience with Cosimo's camper, which was comfortable and functional, thanks also to the various improvements made. Cosimo was extremely helpful and kind, explaining how the camper worked and if there was any need for help during the trip. Highly recommended!

First experience, two adults and a 10 year old girl, long weekend! Our first trip went very well, also thanks to Cosimo's camper, equipped with everything you need and more. Included in the rental are pillows, bed linen, bathroom linen, beach towels... everything clean and fragrant, bicycles, camping table, sun lounger etc. The vehicle is very well maintained, fridge and oven are practically new. I cannot express an opinion on the hob and kitchen sink as we ate cold dishes and had two lunches at the restaurant, but I can say that they are new, clean and working. As for the toilet, since we stopped in a camper stop area, we only used the toilet and sink, while for the shower we used the one in the public bathrooms. Cosimo proved to be a very helpful owner, before leaving we were able to view the camper and he answered all our questions. He also sent us videos in which he explains in a practical way the use of the camper and all the accessories on board, a sort of "instruction booklet" for newbies like us! Cosimo was flexible on the pick-up time (7:00 in the morning) and return time of the vehicle (20:00 in the evening), allowing us to make the most of our long weekend. In short, the camper and owner are highly recommended!
