We requested to hire this vehicle based on the photos which showed a used motorhome in well maintained condition. Unfortunately when we arrived to collect the motorhome it was not as advertised / shown in the photographs. The motorhome was in poor general condition and had not been cleaned ready for hire inside or out. It had several faults including the awning, the oven (which had no door) and a fridge with rusty shelves. This motorhome was not fit for use and would have required a day of cleaning to make it bearable. We were hiring for a long weekend and didn’t have the time or think it should be down to us to clean it. We declined the motorhome and had to make alternative accommodation arrangements. Our dispute was also not resolved to our satisfaction. Hirers beware! Settembre 2024

Andy was very helpful showing me how the camper worked. Everything was available and clean and tidy. The driving experience was really good, staying in the camper was a very good experience which I would love ro repeat. Giugno 2024

We had a great time in Andy’s van. All communications was good from the very first contact. The van itself was lovely and had everything we needed. Just had to load our clothes and wash stuff and we were off. The gazebo was a little hard to put up but we got their in the end. Will definitely use again. Thanks Andy Settembre 2022

This was our very first camper van experience and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The van drove well, the internal layout suited us perfectly and there was a bike rack. When we collected the van we did note that the outside had not been cleaned and we were aware that the inside was not ideal but we had booked and paid for camping sites in various locations so had no option but to take the van. Unfortunately, on further inspection once home we found the inside of the van to be worse than first thought. It took my wife 3 hours to clean it to a standard whereby we were happy to be in it. Luckily, we had booked our first night very close by so we did not have far to travel but we did lose an afternoon of our holiday that we had planned to spend cycling in the New Forest. When returning the van Andy commented how clean it was and we pointed out that it was in the condition we would have expected it to be when we collected it. We explained that we had lost half a days holiday and spent 3 hours cleaning it and would like compensation for this, which Andy paid, accepting that the van had not been in an ideal condition for rental. To be fair, we believe was the first time Andy had rented the van out so I’m hoping it was a learning curve for him and the cleanliness of the van will be up to scratch for future rentals. Giugno 2022
