We recently had a wonderful road trip in Scotland in Linzi's camper van. We took in some of the NC500 and spent a couple of nights on Skye which was magical. Linzi was lovely and responsive (please read the whole review). The van itself was lovely to drive and the sleeping arrangements were great for our family of 4. Large and comfortable beds. The van was fun to cook in and we enjoyed the luxury of hot water. There were some issues however with the cosmetic and practical elements of the van rental. Some of the window coverings (on the door and small window) were missing/ didn't work - we had to pin a towel for privacy. There were items from previous travellers down the side of the mattresses. Not all the camping chairs provided were in good condition (slight rips and unusable). There was not a camping table to use outside. The carpet on one step to the van was worn and ripped. Some of the trim inside the van was falling off (near sink and at the back). Additionally, the pick up and drop off meetings were not ideal. The pick up was incredibly rushed and chaotic as Linzi was heading off (we arrived at the allotted time - but Linzi had messaged earlier that day to say the van was available earlier, unfortunately we couldn't make it earlier). The battery to the van was flat when we went to leave- this was due to an earlier rental group and Linzi was helpful with this - she had a portable battery charger that started it. It did go flat again later in the trip. The return of the van was also not ideal. Linzi was away and suggested we complete the Go form the next day. We explained this was not something we wanted to do. Fortunately Linzi was able to do this remotely with the help of her (lovely) sister. I would recommend the van but would hope the cosmetic elements were fixed. Agosto 2026

Great first experience in a motorhome thanks to Linzi! Very informative prior to departure and on hand for any queries whilst we were away. Perfect motorhome with everything we needed during our time away. Would recommend to anyone! Aprile 2026

Problems can come any time. When I choose to hire a motorhome using Goboony I expected help if will any issue. 1. Before start the travel the owner of the motorhome communicated me the the motorhome has a problem. I ask help to Goboony but they declined any responsibility and any help asking me to find agreement with the owner. 2. At return I started a dispute where I ask thinks from owner any I asked thinks from Goby. They answered only for the thinks related with the owner of the motorhome, but never gave me an answer for what I requested to them. 3. How in the dispute Goboony decided the the owner of the motorhome should reimburse me some money, they asked the owner to pay me (not happened yet) but I expected that Goboony pay me back because I never paid directly the owner, but all time I paid Goboony.
