A reservation is only definitive after receiving the signed registration form and payment of the advance within 14 days after the invoice date in the case of a conventional booking.
In the case of an internet booking, a reservation is only definitive after receipt of confirmation of reservation by the campsite reception (this can only be done after the main guest has completed all required fields via the booking process and all requested personal details have been correctly completed) and only when the payment of the advance has been made happened within 14 days after the invoice date.
The written confirmation, including invoice, must be checked for accuracy immediately upon receipt. In the event of early cancellation of a requested (even non-definitive) reservation, administrative costs will be charged.
The advance is 50% of the invoice amount. Any bank costs are always borne by the customer. The balance of the invoice including guarantee must be paid at least 42 days before the start date. When booking within 6 weeks before the start, the entire invoice amount including deposit must be paid immediately.
In the event of late payment, the Tulderheyde camping accommodation reserve the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement. If a reservation is made more than 1 month prior to the arrival date, the invoice amount must be paid within 14 days. If a reservation is booked less than 1 month before the arrival date, the invoice amount must be paid immediately. If the payment is not made within the specified payment period, the booking will be canceled. The advance already paid is used to compensate for the damage suffered. Tulderheyde campground park can charge late interest after late payment after the payment term has expired. In the event of outstanding claims, the camper can be denied access to the camping accommodation park.
Cancellation conditions
A. If canceled between the date of the booking confirmation and 6 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total rent will be charged.
B. If canceled between 6 weeks before arrival and 1 week before arrival, 90% of the full rent will be charged.
C. In case of cancellation between 1 week before arrival and the day of the arrival itself, the full rent will be charged.
D. For early departure or for later arrival than reserved, no refund will be made of payments made.
E. You must cancel in writing.

Feeling adventurous? Bring your motorhome and book one of the spacious spots on our motorhome field. There’s plenty of room for everyone! Each pitch has its own electricity connection and a water point. Please note: no direct wastewater drainage! Make sure to bring a CEE adapter plug. Don't have one? Our reception has them available for loan if needed. Our sanitary facilities are available free of charge to all our campers.

They have been tastefully furnished specifically for our guests and feature two spacious bedrooms, a television, and their own internet connection. In the kitchen, in addition to all the essential cooking utensils, you will find a gas stove, microwave, Senseo machine (with coffee pads included), kettle, and a refrigerator with or without a freezer compartment. All the comfort you need for a carefree stay!

At the heart of our park, you will find 2 charming mobile homes. Enjoy the last rays of the summer sun on your terrace, overlooking our minigolf course, beach, or football pitch. The kitchen is equipped with all essential cooking utensils, a gas stove, a microwave, a Senseo machine (with coffee pads included), a kettle, and a refrigerator with or without a freezer compartment. A television is available in the living room. These travel lodges feature three bedrooms and are suitable for 6 people. A touch of camping nostalgia in the heart of our oasis!

A small television is also available. Imagine yourself in an exotic destination, just a stone's throw from our sandy beach!

Furthermore, this accommodation has no fewer than 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a toilet! Our Cordelia Lodge has a bedroom with a double bed and 2 additional bedrooms, each with 2 separate single beds. Our 8-person Range Lodges are fully furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences. What makes the Ranger Lodges unique is that they have an extra floor. You also have your own bathroom in the tent! The Ranger Lodges are located on the beach in the heart of our family campsite and are therefore ideal for staying with children. The tents are situated on spacious pitches with a small fence, which makes them interesting for several families to stay next to each other.
