The mobile home Malta has two bedrooms, 4 beds in total. The first bedroom offers a boxspring bed and in the second a bunk bed. The caravan has a bathroom with shower and toilet. The ample livingroom and the complete inventory do not leave anything else to desire.
The caravan has systhetic coverlets, please bring your own sheets.
Moreover, you will find a paved terrace with luxory seats and a party tent. Your car can be parked for free along the mobil home.
This accomodation is located on the central place of the camp-site, not far from the swimming pool, one of the playgrounds or the children's farm.

The Bali is a comfortable and cozy accommodation for 2-5 people. A spacious living room with separate dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a 2-person box-spring bed, in the children's room a bunk bed and a separate bed. Duvets and pillows for 5 people. Outside a paved terrace with comfortable garden furniture, garden pavilions, 2 sun loungers and a parasol to use on the lawn. Furthermore, a garden shed to store some extra things and your own parking space at the caravan. The location of the Bali is near the little animals farm, playground and swimming pool.

The Ibiza (2-5 pers.) is one of our largest rental accommodations and provides all possible comfort. The spacious living room with ample storage space and a dining area, central heating and a modern kitchen make it a pleasant holiday home.
In the first bedroom is a boxspring bed and the second room offers a bunk bed and a third bed, therefor it is ideally meant for families with 2 adults and 3 children.
The mobile home comes with a paved terrace with a luxury garden set, large parasol, a garden shed and a parking space for your car.

The mobile home Loggia is completely new and looks with its modern appearance more like a small chalet. The accommodation has a cosy living area and has three bedrooms with a maximum of six beds. There is one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a double bed. The third bedroom has a single bed and a second single bed can be slid out from under the first. This may also give you the opportunity to place a travel cot for a baby in this free space. The Loggia has a bathroom with shower and separate toilet and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.
On the partly covered terrace there is a cosy sitting area. Outside there is a garden shed where you can store a few additional items.

This spacious 150 m² luxury camping plot comes with its own on-site bathroom facilities. The bathroom is equipped with a shower including a showerhead with thermostat, a toilet, a sink and its own heater. On the outside of the bathroom facilities is a separate sink, which can be used for dish washing purposes. Furthermore, the luxury camping plot has its own TV outlet.

Da migliorare: Leider war der Pool schon zu. Temperaturen waren aber noch hoch und hätten die Nutzung ermöglicht.

Hele fijne vakantie gehad
Aspetti positivi: De super aardige camping eigenaressen en de vele Nederlandse gasten, zorgen voor een vertrouwde omgeving!! Verder is het sanitair super schoon, wordt alles netjes bijgehouden, fijn zwembad en prima kampeer plekken!
Da migliorare: Zeer weinig, maar als ik er 1 noemen moet. Meer informatie wat er in de buurt te doen is voor leuke dingen en dat voor kinderen en volwassenen. Heb zelf nu tripjes via internet opgezocht om te gaan doen, maar dan mis je soms de mooie dingen in de omgeving wat op internet niet naar boven komt!

Aspetti positivi: We stonden heel fijn vlakbij t zwembad, en toiletgebouw. De douches waren prima en toiletten schoon, heerlijk zwembad, goede plekken, ruim en privé. Vriendelijke receptie.
Da migliorare: Afwasruimte buiten.. als alle bakken bezet waren was het heel gehorig..

Prima camping
Aspetti positivi: Locatie is heel mooi, centraal gelegen in de Ardennen. Sanitair ook prima op de camping. Mooie ligging van de camping zelf. Zwembad was ook prima.
Da migliorare: Niet alle plekken hebben schaduw. Wat weinig bedjes en of ligplekken bij het zwembad. Brood en eten van de camping wel erg prijzig.

Top vakantie!
Aspetti positivi: Erg fijne camping met een heerlijk zwembad en leuk restaurant. De kinderboerderij is ook een erg leuke toevoeging op de camping. Tegenover de camping hele mooie wandelrouters door de bossen en weilanden. Sanitair is uitstekend, schoon en ruim.

General conditions:
The following sales terms are applicable to all pitches and rental accommodation of Camping Hohenbusch.
Article 1 - Booking conditions
1.1 All our prices are in Euros and include VAT. The customer accepts our rental payment terms and conditions for both themselves and any other people travelling with them. In case of non-acceptance of our terms and conditions, it is still possible to cancel the booking (in writing) after receiving of the confirmation, for up to 5 days after the date of the reservation.
1.2 Reservations are named, and non-transferable. The stay is only finalised after the deposit has been received. If this payment is still outstanding without notification from the customer, the booking will expire and we will be entitled to lease out the rental accommodation or pitch to someone else. In this case, you will be charged a processing fee of € 15.00.
1.3 Should you arrive later and not have informed the campsite; your reservation will remain valid for two days after the date of arrival stated on your booking confirmation. After this period, all rights to the rental accommodation and/or pitches will expire.
1.4 There is no refund for a late arrival and/or early departure, you should therefore only book the period you actually want to stay for. You should bear in mind that there will be no refund of vacation days you have not taken, or for an earlier departure for any reason. Some insurance policies also provide cancellation insurance cover with a poor weather clause.
If you leave early, all rights to your pitch and/or rental accommodation will expire.
1.5 Pets are allowed if you are staying in your own camping equipment, but are not permitted in the rental accommodation. Smoking is prohibited in all rental accommodation.
Article 2 - Cancellations
2.1 To avoid disappointment, we urgently recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance policy immediately after booking, at any bank or insurance office, on presentation of your booking confirmation. In the event of a cancellation or unexpected break in your vacation, you will be covered and receive a refund of the sums you have already paid. Inform yourself before taking out your insurance what is and what is not covered.
If you do not have cancellation insurance and want to cancel, the sums you have already paid will be retained. If you cancel within one month before your arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay, even if you are still to pay.
2.2 Coronavirus
A reservation is binding on both parties; you cannot make/cancel a booking without obligation. Even in the case of quarantine or infection, you cannot cancel without costs, but you can often fall back on your travel cancellation insurance. By now, most cancellation insurances are “covidproof”. They will cover the costs of your stay in case of cancellation due to infection or illness of you or your travel companions.
Article 3 - Force Majeure
3.1 In the event restrictions are imposed regarding the opening and/or non-opening of particular establishments, the matter shall be treated in accordance with the legal doctrine of force majeure.
3.2 The Camping Hohenbusch is located outdoors in the Ardennes. Depending on weather conditions, this can be related to environmental influences, as well as vermin. The campground cannot assume liability for this.
Article 4 - Liability
4.1 Camping Hohenbusch is not liable for any damage, loss or theft of the equipment or property of its guests. The campsite is only liable for its own equipment. If a guest is injured in camping or rented equipment, liability will rest with the client.
4.2 Guests must agree to abide by the camping rules and sleep in rules applicable to the campsite, which are listed on our information board. These are also available on request should you need a copy.
4.3 In accordance with applicable Belgian legislation, the customer agrees to abide by the policies and procedures. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of Eupen in Belgium will have jurisdiction.
