Entry to and stay at this motorhome area implies acceptance by the user of the following internal regulations and compliance with the rules described therein. 

Article 1 – The Motorhome Area
 The motorhome area is located at Petites-Tailles 20, 6690 Vielsalm . The motorhome area is exclusively reserved for motorhomes, campervans, caravans, and tents. No other motorized vehicles are permitted on the site for parking or overnight stays. There are 49 designated pitches, each clearly marked. Only one vehicle (or one tent) is permitted per pitch. The maximum length of motorhomes is 12 meters. It is possible to reserve pitches in advance.  
If, during an inspection, it is found that vacationers or third parties are spending the night at the motorhome area without having made a reservation, the previous and following nights will be charged. Similarly, if several tents or vehicles share the same pitch, there will be no refund of accommodation fees and/or other services already paid. 
During the period for which you have paid for your stay, you have unlimited access to the motorhome area and you can use your access code to leave and return as often as you like. 
At the check-in kiosk, you can indicate the duration of your stay at our motorhome area. Once you have checked in, you can pay at the end of the process using your debit or credit card. If you have booked, you have likely already paid in full. 
For security reasons, cash payments are not accepted.

Article 2 – Use 
 The motorhome area is open 24 hours a day throughout the calendar year, except during periods of site maintenance. Motorhomes may use the motorhome area for a maximum of 31 consecutive days and therefore may stay overnight.  
The camper is required to keep their motorhome pitch clean during their stay. The motorhome area must be left clean and tidy upon departure. Rubbish bins are available.  
On the day of departure, the pitch must be vacated by 12:00 PM. If you have not vacated the premises by this time, the exit barrier cannot be opened with your access code. You will then need to make a reservation for an additional night at the kiosk. 
In the event of early departure or relocation, pitch fees already paid will not be refunded. 
No permanent residences may be established on the motorhome area. The number of occupants may not exceed the number of beds provided in the tent or vehicle. 
During your stay in the motorhome area, the following are prohibited: 
– to carry out any actions likely to harm the cleanliness, hygiene, and appearance of the motorhome area;  
– to install any other structures (such as tarpaulins, etc.), except those that are part of the permanent equipment of the motorhome itself; 
– to park any other vehicles, except bicycles; 
– to attach ropes or clotheslines to the facilities, trees, and supports located in the motorhome parking area; 
– to light open fires; 
– to adopt aggressive, provocative, or offensive behavior towards other users, neighbors, or third parties; 
– to leave pets unattended in the motorhome or in the motorhome area  
; – to leave litter. 
– to ignore instructions regarding wastewater disposal; 
– to wash the motorhome, except for cleaning the windshield and the side windows of the driver's cab; 
– to park outside designated areas; 
– to engage in commerce or advertising. 
Visitors are permitted under the user's responsibility. Visitors are not allowed to park vehicles in the motorhome area, with the exception of bicycles. 
The use of radios or other sound devices is permitted provided it does not disturb other users or local residents. 
Pets are allowed provided they are kept on a leash at all times and their owners are responsible for disposing of their waste.

Article 3 – Order and Cleanliness 
 The user must use the facilities reasonably:  
– the facilities must always be used in accordance with the instructions provided. Damage caused by misuse will always be charged to the user; 
– the site must always be left clean and free of litter; 
– wastewater must be discharged into the designated drain; 
– drinking water is available from the sanitary riser for a fee (at the kiosk); 
– for everyone's safety, any malfunctions must always be reported to: +32 (0)492 16 09 85

Article 4 – Public Tranquility
 Given that the motorhome area is located near a beautiful nature reserve, we ask that you always behave calmly and respect nature. To preserve the tranquility of the site, motorhomes should drive as little as possible. Between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., sleep must be respected.

Article 5 – Rates 
 Rates are inclusive of VAT and vary according to the season. The user is liable for the price displayed at the time of booking. If rates decrease, the user will not be entitled to a refund of the difference. 
The rate includes the use of the following facilities: 
– access to the park, 
– access to sanitary facilities (shower at an additional cost), 
– use of electricity,  
– wastewater disposal, 
– chemical toilet disposal  
, – Wi-Fi 
, – tourist tax. 
Not included in this rate: 
– drinking water collection. 
 
Users may leave and enter the pitch within the same time frame. No discount is given for advance bookings or simultaneous bookings of multiple pitches.

Article 6 – Safety 
 Every user or visitor must comply with the general safety rules when using the facilities, parking, driving around, or staying in the motorhome area.

Article 7 – Liability
 The manager cannot be held liable for theft, vandalism, or damage to the user's motorhome and associated equipment. Disputes will only be settled by the courts of Liège.

Article 9 – Entry into force 
 The internal regulations shall enter into force on 01/04/2025.
