Camping de la Vallée du Doux

The rental is personal and nominative; it cannot be transferred or sublet under any circumstances.
The lessee and all tenants are required to comply with the campsite's internal regulations.

CAPACITY
Only the exact number of participants per rental unit as indicated online (including infants) will be accepted, and only one vehicle per pitch.
Any additional person, within the capacity of the chosen accommodation, must be declared upon arrival; their presence will incur a corresponding surcharge.
Furthermore, we do not accept minors (under 18) unless accompanied by their parents. Day visitors must pay the visitor fee.

RATES
The cost of the stay is calculated based on the established seasonal rate. We require a deposit of €300 for rental units, including €50 for cleaning. This security deposit is not cashed and will be returned after the tenant's departure inventory, less the amount if any damage and/or missing or broken equipment is noted.
Cleaning the accommodation is the tenant's responsibility. At the end of the stay, an inventory of the rental will be carried out; the interior and immediate surroundings must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, a €50 charge will be charged.
ARRIVAL AT THE CAMPSITE
The manager reserves the right to release the pitch if there is no response 24 hours after the scheduled date. Once the stay has begun, the entire price of the stay remains with the campsite. There are no refunds for early departure or late arrival, regardless of the reason.

PET ENTRIES
Pets are allowed, except for Category 1 attack dogs (pit bulls) and Category 2 guard and defense dogs (rottweilers, etc.), which are prohibited. Photocopies of your dog's vaccination record and its tattoo number must be presented upon arrival. All animals must be kept on a leash within the campsite and on your pitch.

CANCELLATION OF STAY
In the event of cancellation of your stay:
- more than 60 days before your arrival, the 30% deposit will be refunded. - Between 60 and 30 days before your arrival, the 30% deposit will be retained by the campsite.
- Less than 30 days before your arrival, the full amount of your stay will be retained.
We recommend purchasing cancellation insurance on our website, which guarantees a refund of any amounts paid in the event of cancellation or early departure under certain conditions.
Insurance rates: 4% of the amount of your stay.
